Signed the document to allow USPS to drive down to the house to deliver packages, they still don't, all other trucks do like UPS, Amazon and others, never needed a document signed, they just deliver the packages. Then again this USPS had a average 2 star rating, so that kind of explains it. I went to get the package, it was a 4 inch by 4 inch box 2 inches high, I'm pretty sure that will fit in any mailbox, but they waste our time making us come pick packages up.

Driver doesn’t ring doorbell for signature required deliveries. I work from home and have my office faces the driveway. I saw the driver pull up and hustle back to the truck. This is not the first or second time I have to schedule a pickup at the post office due to the driver not delivering the package as directed. Worst post office I have ever used. Zero stars if possible.

Whoever the driver was on 09 AUG 2024, it didn't attempt to make a very important delivery that we were waiting for it all day long. My home office faces the gate and I didn't see anyone besides the UPS truck, the dogs were outside and no one barked except when UPS was here, and we have a camera!!!!! Despite the note saying that there was an attempt to deliver it, nothing - and I mean absolutely nothing - happened on their part. They flat out lied to us. Probably didn't even have the package in their truck. I wish I could say this was the first time , but it was not. Shame on them...

Our usual postal worker didn't deliver today and we got some lazy slob of a worker throw our package or this looking garbage heap knew the box was loose and still threw it. Got this person's poor handling skills on camera. Thanks USPS for not training some staff appropriately.
It's an Amazon box in the image. Before they are blamed the buck stops with you USPS. Our regular delivery guy is good about ringing the doorbell or leaving a not about issues. The person you sent today literally didn't care about customer service.

Tracking says packages have been delivered. However, I've been outside watching for my package all day, outside waiting for my package wasn't delivered. When I went inside to use the bathroom and some one else was wattching until I came back out to watch again. When you call about the find out what's wrong, no one has a chin

Terrible customer service I went in around 4:30 with a return postage label printed and open box I politely asked what do I need to do with this return as I am used to the Amazon return procedures where you bring the item in and they handle it for you well needless to say due to my box not being sealed they gave me attitude that I need to tape it up that’s totally fine I’ll take care of it so I asked do you have any tape? I’ve been to plenty of usps locations and they have a station with everything you need they guy said yea over there and then made a snide comment that I would have to pay for it I thought he was joking because there was a little chuckle behind it well there wasn’t any where he pointed so he gave me a role and pointed out the $3.99 price tag I thought again that he’s got to be joking because he had that snickering laugh so I got it all situated went back to the front there was another guy at the counter who I said that I have a return gets the label what else do I need to do he made me tape the return label on the box got it too easy then charged me for the dang tape and was very rude in his demeanor and body language then almost didn’t give me the tape back after I had to pay for just very disappointed in their professionalism and customer service skills I love our small town and most businesses conduct themselves exceptionally here but usps is not one of them

They can’t deliver a package to my home for no reason. The address is correct and perfectly fine. I’ve received packages before from Ups not never from here . There’s always some issue. There’s no reason for my things to be held there, and they’re only open when i work. I work 10-12 hour shifts longer than they’re even open. Closed on my day off. How am i supposed to get my packages? Even though my address is fine and i live in a neighborhood lol?

We have the largest driveway on our street about 1500 sq and they were supposed to deliver a package and they said no access to drive way or front door instead of saying we forgot to drop it off when we went by your house. Always some stupid excuse for laziness.

Anytime I have a package delivered, they put a slip in my box that says " package left unclaimed in parcel locker", even though I never leave anything more than a day! Ridiculous and lazy! If the parcel locker was full, just deliver it to the house, it's not even a block from the parcel locker!
