Horrible business! They do not honor their contract, and will charge you $1000s of dollars in move out charges with no damage to the apartment, "prices can change at any time" so charging 300% over what your contract says is just fine with them. And they will not communicate with you.

Ill start off by saying that the leasing agent is a horrible person. My girlfriend and i lived in these apartments for nearly 3 years throughout covid and the following year. During covid we fell behind on rent and ended up getting assistance to pay the back portion of what was owed. The leasing agent signed a contract to receive the payment check and had conditions that had to be followed which were not followed. Condition one, no rental increase for 6 months dated the signature on the contract. second condition, no evictions for 6 months dated the signate of the contract, third condition no late fees for 6 months dated on the signature on the contract with Thurston county who were the ones paying our back rent. within a week, we got notice for a rent increase of $150 dollars. followed by letters of pay or vacate within 14 days. which continued for months. i even approached him asking why he was giving me the letters and he said "Because we dont have to follow those rules now that we got the money." During the times i fell behind on rent, i tried making payments of what i could only to have my payment returned stating with a yellow post-it note, that they couldnt accept the payment because it was not the full amount of rent, or the amount of the back pay. the leasing manager also removed my name plate from the secured onsite mail boxes and placed a new tenant slip in there as to let the mail person know not to put mail in my box anymore. my girlfriend suffers from ptsd and the leasing agent caused many triggers for my girlfriend that we ended up having to get her a new place. within a month of securing a new place to live for my girlfriend and moving her stuff to the new apartment, the leasing agent called me up asking for permission to enter my unit to replace a water meter(which never happened as far as i know) and i told him no because at this point they had broken the lease with me multiple times. i informed him he was not allowed to enter without my being present and i was staying at my girlfriends place for a few days to help her with adjusting to her new place. receieved the call on friday afternoon about them wanting to enter my unit. i checked on my unit the following friday as i did not think victor the leasing agent would illegally enter into my unit.( there was no danger to the unit or building that would require him to have entered without permission) After seeing that only a few items were left inside the apartment which included my bed, picture frames, clothing, food, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies and random pieces of other furnature, he proceeded to deem my unit as abandoned and changed the locks to my apartment door. i had left a note on my door stating for any reason if access was needed to the unit, to contact me, and i left my phone number. After finding my locks changed, i called the emergency maintance line asking why i was locked out, and to be let back in, they refused to discuss anything with me, and stated i needed to call the office. i called the office the next day only to have my calls screened and rejected. i went in person only to be told that, "You abandoned the unit and it was back under their possession. and if i wanted my personal belongings from the unit that they had removed from the unit and placed into a storage unit that i could collect that stuff. i went to check on the condition of my belongings only to find that items were missing, some items were damaged from being dragged across the pavement and ruined. When confronted about the condition of my items, i was told it wasnt his concern. I asked for a phone number to contact the leasing agents company and he refused stating i had to email them and gave me HIS email address that if your inquiring about the property it goes to him. and he stated all emails get forwarded to his supervisor and owner. Ive emailed multiple times, ive called back multiple times only to get no replys what so ever. I was illegally removed from my unit back at the end of april of 2023.

I applied for these apartments and suddenly got a call from the man in the office saying that there was an issue with my background check, and they wouldn’t even be running my application. I asked why, because my background check is clear. No tickets, no criminal record, nothing. And they told me they can’t disclose what the problem with my background check was. They sent me back the same money orders that I already signed over to them, and now I can’t do anything with them. Stay away. They will deny you housing and not tell you why. Thanks for wasting hardworking peoples’ time.

Your vehicle will get vandalized and broken into while living here. There is NO security even though it is a gated community. Management really doesn’t care about the tenants. Even talking to the police…they are out here at least once a month about criminal activity.

They will charge you for every single thing because they can and there is nothing you can do about it, just so their units will always be updated for another tenants expense. We were in one of their units for only 8 months when we transferred to one of their bigger units. They ripped the carpet out on the whole unit when we transferred and charged us every penny for it. They charged us for cleaning because it wasn't to their standards, and they even charged us for a drip pan that costs $25 brand new because we stained it when we cook our food. After everything, the total cost of the repairs they charged us was more than our deposit, and they could have taken more money from us if only we didn't took them to small claims court and agreed on a settlement. They will take advantage of you because they know there is nothing you can do. If you get victimized by this company, take them to small claims court. Hopefully they get enough complaints that they get noticed enough to get them to stop their crooked operations.

Moved out in September, they took our $940 security deposit and on top of it want us to pay $1200 for carpet and “pet damage” We have lived there for over 4 years so obviously the carpet is not going to look brand new, but it was in really good condition. I also had a cat for less than 4 months and they want to lie and tell me that carpet was soaked in urine and the place smelled like urine. I had the place professionally cleaned before move out they go ahead and hit me with all these unnecessary and untruthful fees. They are a bunch of liars who just want your money. Dealing with them is a joke. They also have Terrible communication, Rent increases every couple months, can hear neighbors, and people park in your parking spot. Don’t live here.

I actually enjoyed living here and literally had no issues until I moved out! My rent was NEVER late, and we never got any complaints. That being said...when it came time to do the move out inspection-the guy that did it literally went around with a white glove and said the place was dirty, even after we spent a bunch of time cleaning the walls and filling in the nail holes, painting over and even redoing texture-we got $68 back from our deposit!! Totally disrespectful! There wasn't one stain on the carpet and no damage other than 1 blind that needed to be replaced (they charged $70 just for that). People that treat good people this way disgust me! Apparently it doesn't pay to do the right thing, because these people will completely take advantage of you! I'll post my pictures of how my place looked upon moving out-if I figure it out. Definitely looked way better than getting $68 of my deposit back!! I should h gotten all but the non-refundable portion, also minus the 1 mini blind that needed replaced.

Terrible. The office staff is never in. Maintenance does not park up front as they should instead the take the uncovered spots right next to the building. I've had multiple package stolen from my porch. There is a heavy drug issue here and would not recommend any family or military family stylist here. We attempted to set up a payment plan for our move out cause paying two places at once is hard and within 20 days they sent us to collections without even an email back to our request for payment plan. Don't waste your money or time here it's terrible..

Very poor customer service, lacks communication as well as they do not respond to emails. Simply put they do not care.
