Feed that I consistently have purchased is no longer carried and needs to be special ordered.
James from the feed room is unhelpful, lazy and rude.
He was brought out to look for a feed I have been purchasing and said it might be in the feed stock room but he wasn't going to check.
He also refused to help me pick up a bag when I asked for assistance because my hip was hurting more than usual leaving me unable to bend down to lift it and told me to have my kids do it and walked away.

i went in sat the manager was at the help desk i showed him a list of blades and belts for my cub cadet mower he replies what you think this is a parts store i walk away he was demanding i come back to the counter i told him f off as i walked to the front counter returned my purchase i asked the clerk and she said he is rude to a lot of customers i went to j and i got what i needed 114$ your store wont see and until this so called manager is removed i wont be back and I'm letting my friends know as well good luck with this guy

This morning we had a fantastic experience when Ariel and Tina price matched another popular store on a couple of items we were buying. What great staff!
And then we went in the back to pick them up, and James was so unhelpful. The unboxed items were the last ones from the pile, and when we asked to open a new pile he basically said they're all the same, it's pointless, and left us there.
You guys lost all brownie points at that stage.
What a shame when some staff go out of their way with great customer service, and then the next person can't be bothered.

This is an amazing neighborhood store right in the heart of the little village of Yelm. Anything in everything that we need for the farm is available including fencing, posts, fencing, materials, metal sheds, machinery, repair equipment, custom, lag, bolts, washers, screws, pet food, Fungi cidal sprays for the dormant fruit trees, electric fencing, charger, and various other things that have recently purchased from there. The staff are most welcoming and are in good communication with each other using walkie-talkies. The managers are immediately responsive whenever the younger employees need help. Specifically wanted to put in a good word for Miss Sophia Stanley, as well as Miss Kendra who have the best customer service skills, Leah is the manager and the most experienced over there. She is most helpful and remembers all the customers by their name.
