In the past couple years, under new management significant improvements have been made! They have worked hard to help people when they have a problem and to fix the crime in our apartments! It is a quiet and calm place to live!

Only going up from here! Salmon run in the last 4 years has improved so much from management to keeping the grounds clean! This place has been such a nice place to live! Such a cute playground for the kids to play at and such a convenient spot next to Safeway for late night snacks. Keep up the good work you guys!

This place has no respect for tenants or empathy for anybody during this trying time.
