Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment at a certain time as it’s will be a minimum 15-20 minutes after that! Why not just do walk-ins then…. And vacuum the waiting area…

So…Austin posted a deal on FB. I ran down to get some. Talked with a really nice lady at the seafood deli that informed me it was a digit coupon and I needed to scan the bar code. Very helpful. This is where is turned into a hot mess. Couldn’t get it to work right with right price. Went to checkout and told Lexi what I was trying to do and she looked at my phone app and made a few clicks ….oh your on the wrong store ?♂️. There you go ….she not only found the right coupon but clicked a few more for a couple items I had. Saved me more money….she was super nice and patient with my dis function ?. So…..3 employees involved and all were extremely helpful ?

There are "yes" people in the world and people that love saying "no". The manager at that SW pharmacy is a wonderful, helpful "yes" person! I was trying to get a med filled, but insurance was acting up, he took the time to write down the number to call and explained exactly what to say to fix the issue. Super appreciated. I was told by the older lady that works there that my medication was out of stock and "you'll get it when you get it". They had some in, but she also said "nope, can't do a partial". the manager came over and said sure we can do a partial fill. Again, very nice and appreciated. It's little things like this that truly make a difference. Thank you Safeway pharmacy manager for treating me with respect and showing such kindness!

just moved to yelm in July. I have always used Safeway pharmacies. My sons ENT sent in a prescription Friday it didnt get filled until Saturday and is wrong! Tuesday our PCP sent in meds for him .. again wasn't filled until the following day. the excuse was they had to waitbfir their shipment Tuesday. so today I decided give them one last chance, my doc sent in prescriptions for me at 9:30 this morning.... and AGAIN they didnt fill them.so I will be staying with Puyallup & Bothell.the yelm one is horrible! I can't trust they will get my sons seizure meds filled and he cant go without. sad for a small town to be bad at important things.3 strikes you're out!

Called in to refill 2 prescriptions but had to talk to someone because I did not have the RX #. I was immediately placed on hold without anyone actually answering the phone, then was hung up on 2 minutes later. So I had to call back, and again was immediately placed on hold without anyone actually answering the phone, then was hung up on. Repeated this cycle SEVEN TIMES before actually speaking with someone, even spoke with someone and asked them to please not hang up on me when putting me on hold.... still got hung up on. While the woman that I spoke with was friendly, she completely rushed our entire interaction. I needed her to look for a new rx instead of a refill request and she just kept telling me there were no refills. Called my Dr's office to ask for the refill to be sent, upset with my Dr's office for not sending it over 3 weeks ago like they said they would to be told that the RX was sent and accepted by Yelm Safeway 3 weeks ago. This was my 3rd and last bad experience with this pharmacy and will be transferring elsewhere.

I love shopping at Safeway and also using your Safeway card brings most prices down and location of stores are great .I give them a Big thumbs up and yes I almost forgot the staff are great they go out of there way

I want to advise everybody do not get medications from Yelm Safeway pharmacy as the day you were supposed to pick it up when they tell you it's going to be ready they turn around and tell you what has to be ordered if it happened to me numerous times I will never go back to that Pharmacy I had I have had all my medications removed from there. If I could give a zero Stars I would. They have my prescription in their hands in their computer why can't they order medications that's in their computer that is supposed to be picked up white wait till the customer shows up to pick it up and tell them sorry we have to order it
