Horrible Pharmacy. They had a prescription called in and a few hours later I called to see if it was ready and they said my plan doesn't work there, even though my Ins said they do. The pharmacy could have called me when they got the prescription order to let me know instead of me now having to rush to get it called in somewhere else. The DR even had a confirmation from them that they received it and where processing it.No wonder Riteaide is closing locations due to them having financial issues.

Time after time the pharmacy has been less than competent in billing the correct insurance for my perscriptions. I go through a big hassle every month when I pick up my order. It seems to be the same person each time that doesn’t know what she is doing. I am very unhappy with this pharmacy.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used! First, it is almost impossible sometimes to get someone on the phone. It will ring and ring during business hours. We have had to many issues with getting our medications. They aren’t ready on time, get lost, or aren’t shipped for days. Now, we requested our medications to be shipped and they literally can’t tell us where they are! We have decided to transfer pharmacies. We went to the new pharmacy today and it turns out Rite Aid only sent over one prescription for my husband and myself. The new pharmacy tried calling to get the rest of our prescriptions and Rite Aid essentially terminated them! So we have to call our doctors to get new prescriptions sent to the new pharmacy. So, we have to call to get new prescriptions AND we still don’t know where our new prescriptions are! I’m absolutely livid and will never be using this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy is the WORST. If they weren't the only one with a specific manufacturer for a pill in the area, I'd go somewhere else in a heartbeat. They don't refill things automatically when they should. They tell you the prescriptions are ready or will be ready at a certain time and they're not. I've even called HOURS before and told something is ready only to get there and it's not. When you question them about it, they have no answer either. Don't waste your time here if you have other options

Can’t get ahold of anyone, I have a newborn and it’s not easy to just get up and go. It’s ridiculous how they just ignore the phone and rather not do their jobs.

Pharmacy is always understaffed and seems to be a revolving door for employees. Expect long wait times and to rarely see the same person twice.

Don't bother with the pharmacy, you can get a prescription sent in at 9 in the morning and it still won't be done by the end of the day. I've worked pharmacy I don't see why it takes 24hrs to fill a simple prescription.

For the Yelm pharmacy (store# 05286). They NEVER answer their phone unless you call over and over again. I was trying to transfer my prescription from one to another. So I called the one that it is currently at. She said unfortunately they have to just call also. She said Yelm has been understaffed and sometimes even have to send people to Yelm location and district is trying to work on it. But she said there is still no excuse to never answer their phone. That is so unprofessional. I don't usually have a problem picking up besides that the staff looks so unhappy.

I was told an order had been placed over a month ago and would take a couple weeks to come in. Called a week ago and they never placed the order so now I’m out of medication because of this garbage pharmacy. No idea when I will get more.

Absolutely no sense of urgency! They don’t even greet you or acknowledge your standing and waiting for help! No wonder everyone avoids this place!!!!

Pharmacy folks and all but one employee at this Rite Aid are all very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The one individual older woman however! She is a VERY unprofessional, degrading, disrespectful, absolute joke! To the point of being lucky I didn't press charges against her or the company for having an employee with that level of immaturity and disrespect for costumers! Two stars is nearly too many for this place because of how horrible of a person that one is!

Multiple times I've called and been told my medication was ready and when I showed up without fail im hit with "Its not ready yet" and told they don't know why I was told it was ready now im out my medication for my move ?

I've tried calling the pharmacy multiple times during their open hours just to be on hold and hung up on multiple times. It's truly aggravating, especially since I need my medications. I'm not the type to write reviews ever especially negative ones but rite aide needs to get it together.

Got to the window and was asked to circle the building and get back in line??? Never ever have I had been asked this. Multiple other bad experiences, but this one was enough to write about and change pharmacist. Love rite aid as a whole, this one just do better please.
