It was very helpful to see the steps taken to resolve what was wrong with my car lights. The customer service was very welcoming which is great because it feels like they welcome any concerns or questions. I thought it was very helpful to actually see what the problem was. This is the second time I’ve taken my car here and so far I have no complains.

I have used Emerald for all of my repair and preventative maintenance needs on both of my vehicles, Fiat 500 and Dodge Journey. They have been very knowledgeable and have been able to fix some very odd issues I have brought them like broken door handles and random wiring issues!

I've been bringing my vehicles to this shop for more than a decade (since before they moved and before they changed their name) and I live 20 miles away. I've been nothing but pleased with their service, the work they've done, and how I've been treated as a customer. Just had some more work done to a 2010 CRV and it's running like new.

Great service by Bobbie and his team at Emerald Car Care. Amazing customer service provided, quick work, and great communication. Prices were comparable to other shops for the scope of work I was doing at this time. This was my third vehicle they have serviced over the years. Highly recommend this shop in Yelm.

My family and I just moved here in October 2023. I was lucky enough to find them on the corner on my way home. One thing that caught my eyes was the fact that they were a military owned business and supported military, since my daughter, her husband and I are all veterans. So far, Emerald Car Care has serviced 3 of our vehicles and worked on my daughter's and her son's vehicle. They were very honest with them about what needed to be done and didn't over charge for their service. The whole staff has been very professional and friendly.

Excellent service. They repaired a transmission leak that was actually caused by damage from the previous repair at another facility. It was a much more involved repair than initially expected & they didn'traise the price on me! Honest, super friendly & great work!

One of the best local shop, took my 2500 silverado there to get worked. And my lexus rc300. For a reasonable price, thst wont burn a hole my pocket. Highly satisfied with the work they bring. And they are really friendly. I highly recommend using them. Ill be a returning customer.
