I can't express enough gratitude and love to Dr Busina and her amazing staff for saving my dog's life after she was literally run over in my driveway by a negligent delivery driver 5 days ago. I was so distraught when I found her unable to walk, and bleeding from her abdomen. I have severe Multiple Sclerosis and couldn't lift her into my car. My little girl helped me, and we rushed her to Bloom. Dr. Busina and her amazing staff ran outside to meet us, and immediately went into action, getting Her out of the car and into the office. They saved her life. I didn't think she was going to make it, but they worked a Miracle and I am so beyond grateful.... I rescued this beautiful dog 7 years ago from a Puppy Mill where she was brutally abused. She's been such a beautiful blessing in my life ever since, and the truth is, she rescued me.... To be honest, I don't think I'd have been able to recover if I'd lost this wonderful dog. I can't express enough gratitude to Dr Busina and her staff for saving my dog (and several other beloved pets I've had ever since the clinic opened!). I recommend her to everyone I know because she truly loves animal's, she's so honest and caring, and the best Vet I've ever known! Thank you with all my heart!

Best Vet I’ve found in Washington State! Very reasonably priced, and I truly felt like they had my dog’s best interest in mind and weren’t just trying to sell me on a bunch of products or procedures. Very happy with this Vet!

After seeing other vets in the area, we took our dog to Bloom. We have taken our dogs and cats, and recommended them to all our friends with animals. Dr ****** and her staff are all compassionate and knowledgeable. They don't try to upset you on meds and tests that *** not be needed. Dr ****** came to our home to give the final shot to our beloved suffering dog. They have only an answering machine, it is not a direct line. Even so, they are the best and we are grateful for their care

We love Bloom vet. The ladies are so sweet. They are amazing with my pets and I've never felt like they are trying to overcharge me or force anything on me. They always answer my questions the best they can. I'm glad we found a vet my pets and I both love.

I called to schedule an appointment a week ago. I called twice and left 2 messages. Nobody called me back at all. How am I supposed to rely on bloom as a vet when they won't even call back to schedule an appointment? I will be finding another vet before I really need someone reliable. Unfortunately, bloom is not.

Liz at the front desk possess one of the worst human skills. Today i visited to get my insurance claim rectified. Liz is very rude and hositile. I don't know why. All i need is SOPA notes and the vet signature. If you have a pet insurance, stay away from this place. They have no idea how to treat their customers.
