I feel stronger and more centered after beginning yoga. I enjoy all the instructors and I have a love/hate for the heat.

The atmosphere of this studio is incredibly uplifting. Their owner and instructors are compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. The connections made here are beautiful, and the progression of my practice has gotten exponentially better since coming here. They let you know what modifications of a posture are best for where you are in your practice, adjust your posture to ensure the good form, and encourage you to go further when they see that ability in you. Learning to trust myself by trusting them has been eye opening. It’s just an amazing place. Highly recommend!

My family and I love this studio the instructors are super knowledgeable and patient. I’ve been coming here for several years and can truly say it’s the best yogi community. Love the heated hardwood floors ??

Dirty yoga spot and overly crowded. Not impressed with the location of this place. Seems pretty dodgy and found the staff to be very arrogant. There are much better yoga studios in the area.

I am new to the Yakima area and this studio is the closest to my house so I thought Id start here when searching for a new yogi community. The studio itself is not the greatest. The ceilings are low and the room is small. The bathrooms are small but well kept. There is one shower stall per bathroom. The sense of community is what earned this small studio their 5th star. After all, thats what truely matters right? People to share your love of yoga with...people to learn from and teachers who challenge you. I loved this about Yoga Hot Spot. The teachers were all very sweet and inclusive. They spray essential oils during class. One teacher even brought cold towels for your face and feet at the end of class. The only thing i thought was interesting is that there are no water breaks during class. We are just encouraged to drink water as we need it. Cool. I can definitely see how this is beneficial to the people who want to get the most out of their hour in the hot room. Now that my introductory weeks have passed- Im giving the other studios in town a try. I have a feeling Ill end up back at this studio.

I haven't been to hot yoga in a long time. Recently I purchased a 20 visit punch card through groupon. The receptionist was so sweet and got all my information in right away. I loved that she asked me if I needed any supplies like a at or water. Then directed me into the studio.it was great to start up again with this!

I have enjoyed my practice at the yoga hot spot. Just started going about three months ago and have noticed a positive outcome mentally, physically, and spiritually which is priceless. I like the specials they offer, friendly instructors and calming environment. I have invited my friends and would recommend yoga hot spot to others.
