Great place to ship packages or get gifts in a pinch. The owner of the Yakima Ship Shop also supports our local Veterans though non-profit originations like Yakima county Friends For Freedom!

I have only amazing things to say about Nicholas and Yakima's Ship Shop. They packaged and shipped a framed painting for me, and they had my back every step of the way, despite some issues which came up entirely caused by the courier (and not Yakima's Ship Shop). Here are some details:1) After the package was handed over to the courier, there was initially a long delay in any tracking updates. Nicholas followed up with the courier directly on my behalf and created a ticket so the item could be located, and sure enough it finally started making progress shortly after that.2) The courier obviously didn't handle the package very carefully (dented corner, etc) but in the end that didn't even matter because Nicholas did such a fantastic job packaging the painting that it was perfectly safe anyways, and ultimately arrived in perfect condition.This place is the best. Highly recommend, you'll be in good hands!

Best shipping store in the Yakima area. Nick and his staff go above and beyond to help make shipping as easy as possible. They have handled some large shipments for me and I am always extremely grateful and happy. I love being able to walk in and know that my items will be packaged safely and sent without incident. I also love how they now offer so many Yakima area made items - makes stocking stuffer shopping so fun! Thank you for your amazing customer service - keep up the great work!!

This shop is a gem - I didn't mean to do my weekly grocery shopping here today, but that's what happened. They have a ton of local goods, from photography to food and wine. And all the fancy things you see wandering through SeaTac.... Of course the shipping services are great too :)

I've been to Yakima's Ship Shop many times for various services. The staff is responsive as soon as you walk in. They offer print services as well as shipping, but their paper stock is very limited. For small projects they can accommodate. This business has transformed into much more than shipping over the past year or so. They support other local small businesses by selling a variety of products. You'll find gourmet food, plants and unique gift ideas. It's fun to go in and just browse.
