Gave the wrong prescription medicine for my dog and then refused to refund the money.
They charge $250 for cremation and print service that was free two years ago, and the print quality is much lower.
They damaged the last blanket I held my dog in by wrapping it in medical tape which wouldn't come off without pulling pieces of the blanket off with it.
I'm really not impressed with them.

Super disappointed with this vet. I went in for an emergency and they said they weren’t taking new clients. I called ahead and was put on hold for about 5-10 minutes. I choose this clinic as it was the closest and it was an emergency and I needed to be seen by a vet asap (the incident happened around 5pm and most clinics closed at 5:30pm). I ended up arriving when it was about to close just to be turned away. Lucky I went to another clinic (Tieton Animal Clinic) and was meet with companion and empathy from the staff, and that clinic was also not taking patients at that point. That clinic’s staff saw how upset I was with the situation I was in and saw us after business hours. So it hurts to know that I was turned away from this clinic as I was hopelessly carrying my dog in hoping someone could help me in a situation I was heartbroken over. I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone I know due to the fact that when I was probably at my lowest, most valuable and most hopeless towards my dog that I’ve had for 10 years and the best I could do was to choose this vet clinic just to be turned away. Im very upset because if I wasn’t seen by the other clinic I wouldn’t have had to drive to Pasco to be seen by a emergency clinic or would have been the next day. Which probably wouldn’t have help my dog as it was a emergency.

Yakima Valley Vet Clinc has the absolute best veterinarians and staff I have ever been to. They have saved my dogs and taken the greatest care of my pets.

I went there last Monday to put my kitty cat down. They were very caring and helpful for me through his sickness and through the end of his life. Very caring people.

We so appreciated Dr. Patrick’s care of Max. He is just great when he explains what he has done and what follow-up we need to do. He is prompt in getting back to us when Max had a couple of biopsies on his last trip there. We so appreciated him telling us what was happening in a language that we could understand. Thank you to all of the staff who were so supportive and kind.
