From the receptionists to the therapists everyone was a joy to work with. Not a place you want to "have" to go to but they make it as easy as possible. Communication and scheduling is a breeze which is a rarity nowadays in the medical field. Only downside is the little parking lot ?

The ladies up front (Bina and ?) do an amazing job getting you in as quickly as possible and are more than willing to call you if there is a cancellation. Courtney, Nolan and Tina are very nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping you navigate your healing. If you have a problem with your brace, they let you come in and get it fixed by just dropping by without an appointment. Extremely appreciated! The environment is very professional and even a little fun. I highly recommend any sort of hand or wrist therapy at this location.

By far the worst clinic I have been to and the VA contracts with them so vets have no other option we half to be treated like second class citizens here by there rude and undertrained staff with very little experience with vets and our needs

I smashed my hand and broke 2 fingers needing 5 pins, and was sent here for PT. They have been great! I have worked with all of the therapists and they all are very caring and personable. I am almost back to normal. Thank you all!

I have just experienced the rudest young lady at this establishment trying to schedule a consult for a physical therapy session. I first walked into Yakima Hand Clinic in 2000 and received awesome care from the entire team. I was so impressed that I’ve gone back unfortunately a few more times, just recently in the past few months. To set the stage a bit, I’ve run 2 Companies in Yakima for 23 years, have worked in customer service for ohhh, 38 years, been in the medical profession forever it seems and this person NEEDS TRAINING on how to be of “service” to someone else’s company; I’m sure if she was lining her own pocket, she’d be allot nicer or her office would be empty. I explained or tried to explain a few times with her interruption every time as the other line rang. I explained that I’ve been there many times and was following up on their requested protocol and she STILL was wanting to push me off the phone. I told her that I know Craig Foster very well and told her she could be a little nicer and then as my experience tells me-this conversation is over. I made sure to tell her i thought she was rude and needed some customer service lessons. Of course she then blamed me.What the heck is going on out there.????? This new work force seems to be satisfied with just doing the very least to get their paycheck. I weep for our future.I refused to even schedule an appointment with YHC and hung up on this unprofessional that will be in the unemployment line soon I hope.Sorry Craig but I’m not dealing with that just for a darn consult. How sad is that? Thought you should know.Sherry

Staff is friendly and service is good. In terms of customer service, they lack flexibility and according to their policy, they close at noon for lunch. Phone calls and office service is not available which hinders patient's ability to go in or take care of business. I have never encountered a customer/ patient service provider with noon closures. Seems antiquated and patient's have to be flexible and accommodating to this gap, instead of the other way around. They also have a two strikes you're out policy. Don't miss two appointments because they will charge fees and make you reestablish care with them to receive services.
