We don’t bank here, but are very thankful for Jose Valencia’s help this evening. My mom passed unexpectedly in April. Getting her account closed is on the long and exhausting to-do list after an expected loss. Jose made this experience as easy as possible. Thank you!

I just came in today to pay on a loan for the first time. Everyone said its a lot more complicated and hard but Latoya the cashier helped me so much today find every way to make it easier for me. There was a man in front of me that was having a bad day but she helped him with the most customer service expertise I have seen in a while. Even though she showed me how to use the mobile app to do everything by my self I might come back in just to see her.

Wasting salary dollars on employees at the branches in Yakima. They direct you to a 1-800 number that gets you absolutely nowhere. One of the most pathetic branches I've ever had to deal with.

These guys are horrible they add extra charges to your home loan then make you wait hours to talk to them then hang up. Stay away from Wells Fargo!

They got rid of the window tellers and now everyone has to go to the atm. I’m not sure why but other banks aren’t doing this which is what the tellers inside told me. We shouldn’t be 4 cars deep for the atm.

Staff is Yakima-friendly, but there is only 1 ATM and it's in the drive-through. Not a walk-up ATM nor one inside the branch. So either get in line in your car or get in line for a teller.

The man who issues the debit cards acts like a child and apparently doesn't know the meaning of integrity. After going back several times because he is never there, he walks in with a sandwich and has the audacity to say, “ well you can wait 30 minutesâ€. After refusing to wait again he pouted by saying “fine†like a 5 year old pouting. Very unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever, they didn't greet us when we come in. People came after us got greet well and nice cause they're not asian. I've opened my account in LA and the customer service was great and respectfull. Since I move here I changed my address and come here several times. But still never get treat well.
