Horrible business. Attempted to place an order for $400 and they charged me $500 shipping fee. After i called disputing the high charge they stated they ran the order with distributor without confirming I was OK with a $500 shipping fee on a $400 item. So I refused delivery and Amy at company is trying to explain to me how they did this amazing thing for me by not charging me a restocking fee on top of the $500 shipping fee. Which incidentally I ordered the same item from another company and paid for same shipping services which totally $68 versus $500. Total scamming company who uses bait and switch on their customers to fill their own pockets. No way should any company not send over an invoice firstto confirm accrptance of fees prior to placing any order and charging credit card. STAY FAR AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND MONEY. Amy is terrible business woman who doesn't understand what customer satisfaction means.
