No service at all!!!!! They don't answer the phone, EVER!!!!!I drove an hour and a half for a cuisinart griddle I wanted to buy. Finally found a kid to help me. He said they never carried it. WHY IS IT IN THE APP AND THE WEBSITE AS AVAILABLE.That was last week, its still says its available.AVOID THIS STORE. In general, walmarts are a pretty horrible place to shop, the Yakima Nob hill is the worst of the worst. If you have a problem, they don't care.

Walmart has mostly everything I need and I really like the electronics section and they have plenty of different foods to eat.

Be aware that if you have a smaller grocery order online. They are notorious for canceling them in leu of larger orders. Me and my neighbor now combine our orders. We did this after reading a reddit article about service issues with them. And chatting up one of the people doing the shopping for orders confirmed this. Sam Walton must rotate in his grave like a ceiling fan. Other than that issue much less crowded than the terrorist heights location.

This Walmart is the best one I have EVER been to. Coming from Southern CA, I was literally surprised that employees approach ME to ask if I need help with anything. When I do need help, they're always so happy to walk me to where my item should be. Always clean, organized & great customer service. Their grocery pick up team is awesome too! It's such a nice change from the CA stores that have clueless employees & patrons walking around in pajamas with body parts hanging out â€

My mom tried to do the Walmart pick up and we were supposed to be able to pick up our order between 7-8 pm Friday night. Well it is 8:50 pm the same night and we never got an email saying we can pick up our order and when we call we don't get an answer. So we are never going to do the pick up for Walmart and we recommend you don't either.

Clean, fast and friendly. This store is one of the cleanest Walmarts I've ever been in. I prefer to shop early, before 8am to beat the crowds. Because I know with their low prices if I go later when half the town decided to go it will be too crowded. 99.8% of the time I get everything on my list which is better than any other location in this town.

I'm a go ahead and one up star this Walmart, simply because of the comparison to the other one in town. The folks at the Walmart in Terrace Heights are incredibly nice and do a good job of working with what they've got, this one is simply a lot cleaner and more organized. It feels much closer to A normal shopping experience then in being on people of Walmart.com. The people working upfront are always very friendly and more than happy to chat about the goings-on in town and in the store. We've often found they are a understaffed and as such the checkout process can be a little bit painful, just because it takes longer than expected. It also gives you an appreciation for those trips where the kids aren't along for the ride. Standard less than expected prices and a good amount of ancillary stuff up front - Gotta love the chance to get tires, groceries and your glasses all in one spot!

Been going to different stores for many years. This last trip was the final straw. I have dealt with rude checkers, bad customer service who just don't want to do their job, dirty, ghetto stores, and trailer trash people. Often customer service will act as if making a return is a real problem. It's my money, I'm not satisfied, so I want a refund. Recently I was leaving with a single item and had my receipt in my hand. 5 other people were walking out the door, no cart, just their items. Security asks for my receipt. Why? Do you have to show a receipt at the grocery store? Fred Meyer, Target, Lowe's, Safeway, etc never ask for it. Also, why did you only ask me for it, nobody else? I told him, very matter of fact, there is no law requiring it (I've looked, there isn't), and only Costco has ever asked, but it is in the contract you sign. I also asked why nobody else was asked for theirs? He said I don't have a bag. Why does that make a difference? My receipt was in my hand. I was absolutely singled out of a line, the only difference is my item wouldn't fit in a bag. Nobody had a shopping cart. A young (mid 20s), redneck hillbilly guy was in line and was all upset because I questioned why I was singled out. I told him to move on since it was none of his business. Apparently he felt like a big man glaring at me. After this string of events over the year, I will never spend a dime at Walmart again. Good riddance to this horrible company. I will happily take my money somewhere else. Also very happy to read Walmart is closing over 150 stores.

Way better than Chestnut Walmart location! Cleaner, more products on the shelves I like the store set up. Good lighting. Cashiers are friendly. Huge garden center area. I think it's cool they have a subway as opposed to the crusty McDonald's at the other Walmart. The parking is well lit with amber colored lights. People were alert. Hardly any carts to hit in the parking lot. Nice big parking area. Inside a good plaza. Self check out made it easy. Lots of check stands.

This walmart is very clean, employees are helpful. Not as busy. The only thing sucks because of the selection of certain products.

I've been pretty impressed with this Walmart - it's always been clean and uncluttered, unlike the other one! Yes, there are definitely some interesting people who frequent this store - but the store doesn't control that! I've been here for both groceries and automotive (new battery). The automotive is actually a pretty good deal for batteries. You can check their stock online which is fantastic. The price was about $20 less than a similar one for the auto parts store. Groceries are probably the best deal around. The produce is generally ok, but packaged stuff like crackers is dramatically cheaper than other competitors. Their price catcher portion of my their app also can get you back money if someone is selling an item for cheaper than walmart. Service is marginal, but that's what you generally expect here. When I have needed items, I've found someone and they've been willing to help. I'm yet to run into a rude employee at this Walmart, but the service counter is always a hassle (I'd probably be grumpy if I had to spend all day there too!) There is a self checkout that is great. I usually prefer these and there are 8-10 self checkout registers. I tend to go at off times to avoid lines, which has been fairly successful. If you are looking for the lowest prices around, it's hard to argue with the retail juggernaut that is walmart!

Called the tire center because I needed a new battery and explained to the guy I barely got my car to start after work. When I got there I was turned away - they didn't close for another hour. I had to get my car home because I knew id be stuck wherever I stopped. Battery was done and had to get a ride to get it fixed the next day. SO glad I spent my money somewhere else. No help at all.
