The lady in photo threw my photos down on the counter and I asked to speak to a manager and she was the manager. I cannot believe a manager can treat in customers the way that she treated me.

I have been using this Walgreens for a long time because they have had great people who appear to care about their customers.
A couple of months ago, they couldn't fill a prescription for a couple of weeks. I have been trying to get back on the right track with my Adderall and they claimed it was because of my insurance company. I got my insurance company to work with me, and I should have been able to get my prescription on time.
Well, they have a new pharmacist, and he refuses to follow the doctors orders and the insurance company either. Not only that, he doesn't want to abide by the law as written. He apparently believes he is God. As he is playing God, my brain is getting affected.
Do yourself a favor, change your pharmacy if you are using Walgreens on Summit.

I had the worst shopping experience in this store, I walked in and immediately five works were following me every aisle I went the manager was walking behind me to check what I would pick up, very unprofessional I could not shop for what I was looking for comfortably and peacefully I am disgusted especially with it being the first time walking into the store. I hope this store has some changes done to it never stepping foot in those doors again

So this is a follow up to an earlier post of mine regarding Walgreens. I had previously written about a food item not being allowed to be returned by the store - five minutes after purchasing it. It was popcycles and they were mushy and moldy. I also wrote a review on Walgreens website. I heard from the manager at the Walgreens store and she was kind and friendly and efficiently refunded my money- she said that Walgreens does take returns on food items and that she would have a "teaching moment" with the employee that told me no. This is all I could ask for and I'm grateful to the store manager for correcting an unpleasant situation. Thank you Walgreens!

One day i went to walgreens on nob hill and when i got up to the window the person took my identification because the intercoms weren't working and he took it looked at it put it back in the drawer pushed out and yell thru the drawer its lunch and shut the blinds for 1/2 hr thanks walgreens that's service right ther .Another day i was over charged like $ 8 dollars they mailed me a Fake check that is inly good for merchandise "not" cash or prescriptions .Do yourself a favor just don't get started at any Walgreens in yakima thers only a couple good employees the rest under paid under experience over worked so thats the Service customers get if you want Alcohol or cigarettes right at the front doors waiting fully stocked highly processed unhealthy snacks falling off the counters but try and get a prescription filled properly two months in a row good luck with that just isn't gona happenShop anywher else ?

They made a mistake on my prescription only telling me to take as much as I had been taking. It is a good thing that I knew what I was supposed to take our it would have been dangerou. It took me some time to convence her.

Disorganized and extremely incompetent. Had my wife and sons prescriptions all mixed up, separated or "we don't see it in our system" when it was 100% there the entire time. They are slow, refuse to answer the phone and seem to have no clue what is actually going on in their pharmacy. I had to get away and go some place else. Place is a complete joke.

Good service but drive thru for med pick ups is so close to a busy road that it is difficult to hear pharmacist

The heavy set lady with brown hair and glasses that works as a cashier at 12:30pm today, 8/8/23 is the rudest customer person I’ve ever encountered and I’ve seen some pretty bad customer service in my 50 years. She needs to have a serious talk about how she treats customers. Super condescending, I am hard at hearing and she basically told me I was stupid because I couldn’t understand what she said.
