Helpful staff, but definitely DO NOT use their FedEx on-site services.

Today not speedy service in drive thru. Everyone here is usually fast. Today I don't understand why lady was working in drive threw. She was helping other people inside.2:50pm.

Really friendly and considerate help at the photo counter this afternoon, and appreciated the greetings from the cashier. Thank you.

Terribly understaffed, you can never get any help, and the management seems to go through dozens of employees in only a few months. They always seem to get rid of the most helpful ones too. The employees seem overworked and the ones that need accomodations don't seem to be provided for. I'm sure there are various violations of workers' rights going on at this location. There was one temporary employee that was let go by management, but then management lied and said they had quit of their own volition. They fired another employee for "no call, no show" but the employee did call 24 hrs ahead of time, and one of the only good managers left a note for the bad managers, but they didn't read it and blamed the employee, then discouraged him from inquiring about unemployment by telling another lie. This place is sketchy. Do NOT work or shop here!

I have been a customer at Wallgreens for around 25 years. I also have got my prescription's filled there. Not always at the same location but the two I have done business with have been close to where I live. The Pharmacy is always there to answer questions and will text me when my prescription is ready. They have drive thru service which is pretty fast especially considering how busy they get . With express pay with the credit card of mine they have on file. The people up front always welcome me with a smile and welcome to Walgreens They have super good sales on all products off and on and you have a Wallgreens card which you earn rewards cash and coupons on merchandise. I currently go to the one on 40th but use to go to the one on 64th and Nob Hill. Both I have never been treated poorly and they are helpful with anything in the store. I absolutely recommend them for all your needs except for fresh produce. Actually if they had them I would probably not even go anywhere else. Oh and they will deliver right to your door. Good clean friendly and fun store. Thanks Walgreens.

For the most part I have not had problems at this location. However, the change in hours has made picking up Prescription difficult to say the least. Also, my PCP had made changes to my medication a few times and they were not reflected when the prescription was filled. This has led to extra trips to pick up this medication. Then was told when they finally straightened out the prescription that insurance was denying it, which would not be a problem had this be the case from the start.

Pharmacy- I am so grateful for this Walgreens pharmacy. My original pharmacy screwed me over so my doctor transferred my script here and unfortunately it was sent in 10 mins before they closed and the pharmacist stayed late just to fill my prescription. She did not have to do that, but she did and I'm so grateful for it! What great customer service and kindness! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Photo Dept: third time is not the charm! I went to pick up three photo greeting cards and was told the printer is down. I was told I could re-do the cards at another Walgreens. Nope. This is the third time this printer has been down. It is time-consuming to re-do custom cards and send to another store. Another time, I went to pick up about 7 cards and I was told the printer was down. So I spent over an hour redoing the order which I then picked up at another location. I picked up my order only to find out on the way home that they have given me someone else's card in the bunch and I was missing one! Ugh. Like I said, this is the THIRD time this printer needs fixed. Why don't they call the customer and inform them? It's time to purchase a new printer. I give up. No more business from me.

This is a horrible pharmacy. My insurance forced me to change from Costco pharmacy ( Not Preferred) to Walgreens (Preferred). A few days after transferring on the phone I went to pick up my prescription. The lady said they didn't have 90 days' worth so she gave me 5 pills and said she could transfer the rest from another store and it would be ready in one more day. I came back 5 days later and it was still not filled and was now told that they do not transfer from other stores and they didn't know when it would be in. It looks to me that they either lie or don't know what they are doing because I got a different story each time I came in. Also, while talking to the lady across the counter a guy behind me wanted to start a fight because I was holding up the line. I will never go to that store, or any Walgreens for that matter, again. I have since transferred my prescription again.

Pharmacy is horribly understaffed!! We switched from our other pharmacy thinking since this has drive through it would be easy access. Horrible customer service. We feel bad for the worker bee's that are not being backed up with more employees. We're moving back to our old pharmacy. No drive through but at least when we are told the prescription is ready, it's ready-unlike Walgreens.

There should be 2 different sections to review. One for the pharmacy and one for the rest of the store. According to the other reviews if it wasn't for their cosmetics and milk they would be a one star store. We deal mostly with the pharmacy which has gone down hill over the last couple years. Apparently the biggest problem is that they are under staffed in the pharmacy. Long lines and waiting 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready is rediculous. Getting a flu shot is so time consuming. 15 minute wait to get the paperwork you have to fill out which takes less than 1 minute to complete. Then wait for the shot. Another issue is they use different suppliers for same medication, pills all look different for the same exact drug, a bit confusing.

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this Walgreens pharmacy has been the most awful pharmacy I've ever used. When I first began using them, they continuously denied my prescriptions because my primary care doctor had moved to a different practice. I still had 11 refills and a 12 month active prescription. Even after my doctor's office had called numerous times to have my prescription filled, they still denied me when I would go to pick them up. This spanned over a few months, I made several calls to my doctor and to Walgreens attempting to get my medication. I'd be told they won't fill it, then told they are filling it, then I'd go to pick them up and be told they denied my prescription again. I'm not sure if this was a lack of communication issue or what, but it lead to me having several periods of withdrawal over several months. Yesterday I had surgery. I turned in my prescription for pain medicine at 11am and the pharmacist rolled her eyes at me and said "well this is going to be a several hour ordeal." I was in so much pain that I didn't say anything, just asked them to call me when it was ready. After I left the store, I sat in my car and sobbed. The pain I was in mixed with what this pharmacist said to me made me so emotional. She made me feel like I was this awful burden on her and I was already so fragile from the pain of my surgery. I waited all day but no one called. At 7:30ish pm, I called to check on the prescription and it had not been filled yet. The pharmacist that answered my call was very apologetic (it was a different woman) and told me to come in and she'd have it done. I did not catch her name, but she was very helpful and apologized to me several times. I told her I would be there in 30 minutes, but ended up being there in 10 and she had it ready for me. If not for her, I'm not sure what I would have done. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves some recognition for how helpful and kind she was to me. Unfortunately, her helpfulness was not enough to keep me at Walgreens. With all these issues, I won't be going back and will find a different pharmacy and I can't, in good conscience, recommend Walgreens pharmacy to any of my friends.
