I wish I could give these guys 0 stars. We brought in our Ford Focus to be diagnosed and repaired, told them that the steering wheel fluid is black and needs to be flushed and replaced, told them about the steering wheel shaking and to please look into what's causing it, if it's just from the fluid needing to be changed or something more, and asked them to diagnose anything and everything else that might be wrong and do whatever else they needed to do to fix it. We got charged for them to do and say absolutely nothing besides "uh well the tires might be bad" and that's it. They didn't flush or replace the steering fluid. They didn't even look at it. Do not go here, they don't care one bit about repairing your vehicle.

Where do we start? My wife has had multiple issues with her Ford Fusion (not Valley Fords fault) however they replaced the control module and after they had finished the backup camera no longer worked. They denied having anything to do with that issue…. About a month later we’re having more engine issues and we figured we’d give Ford another shot. We had to have the car towed this time due to the nature of the issues. They charged 200$ just to plug in a scanner, they are not prompt and there was damage to the ignition switch in the vehicle when we came to pick it up….. we questioned them about it and the tech walked out popped his head in and immediately went back inside to tell them it was our tow truck drivers fault…… we had been inside the vehicle after drop off and (unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures) but my wife and I both saw there was no damage at this time. We will never return to this dealer/ mechanic shop due to the poor customer relations and out right lies and bad mouthing of other company’s. P.S. take pictures of your vehicle before because they will lie to your face!

A road trip is never a good time to have car trouble. Katie in the service department got us in for a diagnosis, ordered a part and had us back on the road by 9:30 the next day. Trustworthy, helpful, and caring.

I recently purchased my truck from Valley Ford Yakima, 120 miles away from my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Faced with local dealerships near the Greater Seattle Area adding markups even on custom orders, I decided to order and make the drive for pickup to Yakima. It was absolutely worth it. Rob, the Internet Manager who communicated with me online throughout the process, kept me well informed and made everything clear and straightforward. Upon arriving at the dealership, Rudy handled all the paperwork and was incredibly friendly. There were no hidden fees, and the entire transaction was very transparent and professionally handled. I highly recommend this dealership, and especially commend Rob and Rudy, for an honest and seamless car buying experience.

When I go in for an oil change or help with something on my vehicle or anything, they have been so helpful and so friendly in the service dept. Thank you to all that work in the service dept. Five stars from me ??

Honesty one of the worst experiences ever! If I can give 0 ratings I would ‘ the Service department was awful’ I did a diagnosed on my vehicle or I was told they did ‘ to see if maybe they can find the issue and get it fixed’ turns out they didn’t my vehicle was just sitting in the lot for 2 weeks’ and nothing was being done’ the excuse they gave me was that the mechanic was on vacation and they didn’t had no one else. But yes they were good enough to charge me at the end’ for being a dealership very unprofessional,Lazy & Petty ’. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had a commercial (revenue producing) vehicle that needed a repair on the brakes. Valley Ford got us in & repaired in the same day. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful service! We will be using them in the future!
