This place is ridiculous. I am from out of town and this was the closest post office to where I am staying. All I did was ask some innocent questions and when I asked why only cash I got a huge lecture about how the real post office doesn’t set them up with equipment for it and they would lose money if they did it themselves. They said they are there as a matter of customer service?!? Right. If this is what small town customer service is all about, no thank you. IF I ever come back to this town I certainly won’t do business with Wray’s. I hope that Yakima has better representation of customer service elsewhere in the city.

While this is a small rural Post office they do not have the staff of the larger offices they do a great job taking care of their customers. We do not have to drive into town for Postal Service which is greatly appreciated by most. Thank you for doing such a good job taking care of us.

The staff at this post office facility are very helpful, efficient and professional. Each time I have visited the staff went above and beyond to assist my mailing needs ( provided smaller boxes even cut my return label off and re-affixed it to a smaller mailing package). I highly recommend this USPS facility for the amazing and exemplary customer service and professionalism!

I looked online. It said open til 5:30pm on Sundays. I was there at 4:40pm. The sign next to customer's service said 3pm.I travelled from northeast yakima to mail a package for my granddaughter's birthday.Don't count on ifo via internet.I would give. -5. Don't waste your time or gas.:(

My packages always end up some where else. Because of your delivery I lost hundred of dollars. I had no choice but to have my stuff shipped by your location. I been calling legitimately for a week atleast 20 calls trying to get someone to pick up the damn phone! I know your not always busy. Your service sucks the person I charge there needs to be s*** canned. It's obvious you need a stricter manager etc. for f*** sake make a effort!

Small post office inside Wray's. They are open Saturday. The lady working there was busy but friendly.

I tried for well over 1 1/2 hours to contact someone at the main post office on Washinton using the two numbers listed in the phone book. I was on hold on one line for an hour with no one answering, the other number assured me that an associate would answer shortly, however after about 8 rings, the line switched to a busy signal disconnect! I have not received any mail for the past 6 days and want to know what the problem is. If the customer service is as bad as the dead end phone service, i guess i know what the problem is. Our postal service is nothing like it used to be. DISGUSTED!

It's convienant to have a US Mail office close to where I live. It's in the Wray's grocery store so you can pick up some groceries when you're done dropping off your package. For me the service has be fine. The downsides are that they only take cash or check and receipts are handwritten for some reason.
