I had a really important document sent out from this place, and it sat "In transit" for 3 weeks. I finally drove down to talk to someone about it since it's impossible to get help on the phone only to find out they don't even know where they sent it. That's right, they have no record of where they supposedly sent my mail. I'm not even sure how that is legal. At the very least it's a horrible and stupid way to run your mail system.I paid premium and trusted these people with something incredibly important, and they completely dropped the ball. There really isn't much I can do about it now either.Anyways, if you value your time, money, or sanity avoid using usps at all costs. I know that I won't ever be using them again.

Went to my passport appointment and it was full of people but my appointment was quick and easy. Stephanie did a great job in helping me. She was professional and kind with a sweet attitude. Thank you !!

Driver sucks shows up at 8 pm late as hell. Also be leaving the wrong peoples mail in different mailboxes im so sick of it get it together please

It would be nice if they left bigger packages at my door instead of filling up my small mailbox with them but I guess the mail person is too lazy to get up the stairs.Also please return mail that's not mine. Tried to return something back from DSHS which was not mine and looks important to someone else but they wouldn't take it back.Also what is up with your website, I have tried twice to make an account for hold mail purpose and both times accounts were disabled after a few days.

Tried to call multiple times to ask about a suspicious phone notification that seemed like a fake phishing link. Not only did they have no option for these questions, but there was no other option to speak with a human and ask them about it. I still don't know if I really have a package to retrieve and the only way I'll know is if I can go in to the location and ask in person. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Charged me 3 separate times to mail a package for them only to claim it’s not going through and refuse to mail my package after paying for it 3 times over. They refused to give a receipt claiming it’s not in their system at all, they were very rude and not at all helpful, and refused me I give me a number for her manager. Marantha (local management) has made sure I’ve lost all faith in the post system. I hope this comment is seen and she’s swiftly fired ?

I had my package sent by express mail, paid the extra fee. The package was supposed to be delivered the next day. It’s been 9 days and counting and my package still has not been delivered. I can’t even get a refund because I don’t have my receipt. I can’t get any one to answer the phone. I just want my mail located and delivered. This is very frustrating!

PASSPORT SERVICE: Despite having their phone number and walk-in appointment hours on their USPS location page, they claim they have no phone and do not do walk ins. Ellensburg USPS informed me they are trying to get away with not complying with walk in appointments (newly implemented).MAIL DELIVERY: For years it’s been issued of missing and mis delivered mail. I have multiple videos of the courier tossing packages on the floor and even some from the vehicle. Such laziness to get out!CUSTOMER SERVICE: All the times I’ve came to this office, it has always been belittling, rude, and disrespectful attitudes from the associates. Wish the 800 number wasn’t hours long wait to report the unacceptable behaviors here.Absolute worst post office IMO. Not once have I been received with courtesy.

I mailed a package Monday morning and it didn't leave there facility until Thursday at 8 pm. They did send it until after its estimated delivery date. I will never use usps again. Absolute garbage

I could vent about the ineptitude of this post office and the people who run it for paragraphs, but instead I’ll let this picture speak for the laziness that runs rife in this post office. This is the “two man job” they refused to deliver to my house. Told me it was huge in a note, so I borrowed my buddy’s truck, while his wife watched my kids.
