We waited for the branch to open Saturday and then they didn't open the front desk and put a hand written note on the door saying drive up only. We are changing bank asap.

Almost 20 years with this bank and I am very disappointed with today's visit the teller was very rude I don't understand how a person like that can work there. Im about to cancel my account and look for a better option..

NIGHTMARE!!!! The ATM has problems 9 out of 10 times you go there. You either can't deposit or can't withdrawal any of your money!!!! It's a piece of garbage. Also, the bank as a whole tends to try and scam you out of your money. They make up overdraft fees that are INACCURATE and just keep adding fees up. I would rather set my cash on fire than ever bank there. It's the WORST bank in the industry. This bank scammed me out of a lot of money before I was able to get away from them. Stay far away or give them money you don't want back. Once again, I'd rather set mine on fire than give it to them.

Horrible experience with this bank. Very unprofessional and not secure! Multiple times they released my balance to my tenants whom pay for their rent where I have my business account. I Spoke with Isabel and couldn’t give me much of an answer to why this continues to happen other than an apology.

Be careful with giving coins to the red -haired cashier who works in us bank in 315 w Nob Hill is disturbing if you are depositing and giving him 1 dollar in coins and he gives you a bad attitude.work for free doesn't not know the very negative that's recives a salary for what it does and it puts yours for your with the customers did not bring I believe that because of its way of being . But there are only 2 men there the manager who is a very nice person . And this cashier who creates the owner of U.S. Bank Branch who wants to treat customers how he treats his family at home the true I don't recommend is disrespectful as negative person with very bad customer service .
