All of the staff at this location are extremely rude. I have NEVER in my life seen a U-Haul ran like this (coming from a previous GM). Manager refused to respond to emails, phones are constantly forwarded, equipment return was extremely backed up. We rented truck, they handed us the keys, and said this is where its at didnt pull it forward. It was clear across the parking lot. The truck sounded rough and felt like power steering was going out. We were not greeted (during business hours) upon return of our truck we returned it ourselves never once did an employee come outside. I will absolutely never do business at this location again. It is sad to see a U-Haul location so poorly ran.

Very displeased with this location specifically. The person at the counter who handled my pickup could not figure out how to properly hook up the trailer to my truck. I explained to him how to do it, but I was not allowed to assist in hooking up the trailer “due to liability”. 4 phone/video calls, 1 managers help, and 45 minutes later I finally left with the trailer. A 5 min job. Uhaul should stock more than one size of chain and hook for connecting safety chains. Secondly, I am very upset about an additional $200 charged to my card after I left for moving supplies??? I rented a trailer to move a car, not a single word was ever discussed about moving supplies that I never needed. It’s taken me multiple phone calls to figure out what this additional charge was on my card and to get it removed for something I never bought. I was given a phone number for the area field manager who expressed that he would help me and I never received a call back after a week, even after making a follow up call. Unprofessional, and not knowledgeable at all..I will say the 1-800 customer service team was very helpful in getting the excess charge removed from my card. I will take my business to a different location next time I need to rent a car hauler.

I went to the U-Haul at East Nob Hill and had a pleasant booking for a trailer with, I believe Melissa who was filling in from the Tri-Cities. Later the same day, I had a change of plans and the reservation was easily canceled. The next day I noticed my wallet was missing and after looking everywhere I thought that possibly I had left it at the U-haul business. I called to see if they had discovered my wallet. Jeanette was on the case, searching the entire desk area, the safe, and reviewed the security video. I found the wallet at my son's house as it had fallen out of the car door the night before in the dark. When I called her to inform her the wallet was found, she was outside searching the parking lot for it. I believe she went way above and beyond the Call of Duty and U-haul should be very proud to have a worker of her caliber, they should probably give her a raise before someone else does. I know that I greatly appreciate her devotion to customer service!

The facility is clean and we'll maintained. A little creepy that the worker (dark haired female manager) was outside the bathroom while I was going potty. Felt violated in that moment.

I guess this isn’t the half way point on gas. They still charged me for not having it mid way. “How” are you blind.? Don’t ever do business with this u-haul or u-haul in general. They give you hidden charges. With out disclosing it.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a uhaul center. The girl didn't even look up from her cell phone when talking to me and had attitude when I explained we were experiencing issues with our tiers. Had no resolution and we were left to figure it out on our own in a blizzard. If you can go to any other uhaul do it!

They had a promotion going on where apparently you get your first month free. However, they only honor it for people who walk in and purchase a unit. If you buy online, you are SOL. They have zero customer service skills and leave you on hold for at least ten minutes every time you call. I had to call three times within two days just to talk to someone because I was just placed on hold. Will not be continuing to rent from them. Choose a different location.

We drove a long way to check on our UBox just to be told we need a 24hr notice to see our Box, which is nowhere in writing. We scheduled for the next day just to be told the box wasn't on the schedule so we had to wait for them anyway to get it. I would have rather waited the first day instead of having to come back and waste gas and time.

Lindsey was AMAZING at helping us rent a trailer today. She didn't have one but found one for us. Made the whole experience super easy and I think under 10 minutes ?????? Thanks again Lindsey ?

Came in this morning looking for a uhaul truck.Nicholas in the front desk was very helpful great attitude and explained everything carefully.Great example of perfect customer service.Lila was great as well took the time to make sure the truck was clean she was very polite.

We been a customer for a couple of months now and they're real quick to put a lock on your storage unit if you're a couple days late. There's also a heavy set guy, who's kind of like the assistant to the assistance assistant or something like that, anyway he's extremely rude very rude. I've had The uncanny pleasure ofl having to talk to this guy and believe me takes all the fun out of life. But it's a nice building. A little above avg. Price wise 4+8 80. 105 with late fee.
