The guys working here were very nice and the truck was clean. Getting charged $27 because the tank was at 50% instead of 60% grinds my gears but that’s a corporate issue I’m sure. Just seems steep. I’ll throw my buddy a fifty for his truck next time.

Horrible place to store your belongings. We have had our unit less then a month. Employees broke lock and let someone into our unit, they stole half of our stuff. Employees couldn’t get their story straight so now it’s in the hands of the police. And our stuff “coincidentally showed up” after filing police report.I will never use uhaul again, sketchy staff.

Unable to discuss details at this time but very unsafe, disrespectful, rude, and very unprofessional behavior from the staff there at the 1st street location. They have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Storage units are clean and managed well. I've rented trucks here and have returned other rentals to the local store.

We reserved a uhaul, when we arrived our truck wasn’t available and the person behind the counter was rude. We were able to get a truck at the Nob Hill Uhaul, should have gone there in the first place.

Don't rent trucks here!!!! Beware. First man told us he would have a 2500 truck for us to rent. Came in the morning to find out it's only 1500. So they upgraded for 100$ more for uhual moving truck. We told them we needed to tow a camper. The uhaul would not connect to our tow hitch. So we returned truck immediately and they still charged us 80$ after only having it an hour and putting 40$ of gas in it. They would not do anything to make things right for us. It was Miguel helping. He was not helpful.

Taken almost 10mins for basic quote, only after i said I'd be back the young lady printed it immediately. $174.95 before tax with guesstimated 2hr install time at $75hr, i purchased from Nob Hill site $156.98 after tax! installed myself in under 30mins with advice from the uhaul installer from Nob Hill site, this 1st Street site needs to check ethical & common courtesy HONESTY standards

Mauricio seems to be doing most of the work inside and outside whenever I arrive to purchase items and does a very great job getting work done around the premises. Very helpful and well of a translator. Although sometimes his coworkers are chatting and not helping the line…

I don't think I have ever dealt with so many confused employees. I have talked to 4 different people just to try and get my hitch installed and everyone keeps telling me different information. What a joke.

I dont write reviews unless a particular location leaves an impression be it good or bad and let's just say this UHaul happens to rate the latter. So the first visit I had at this location the sales rep/min wage employee was so concerned with insignificant details on my application for a room I just ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere. The second time I actually got through the application and was trying to figure out how to get into my shed, theres an emergency call button on the wall and I was so beat from lugging my belongings there I tried to contact someone on it for help, after a good 15min and no luck I gave up and drove th the front office which was dead but I got instructions on how to enter my shed. This same thing happened again twice on just that one visit. The second time I desperately needed to use the restroom couldn't get an answer and the third time was because although I had rented a shed the fire alarm kept going off every time I touched the shed door. Since nobody responds to the emergency button I finished up being careful not to touch the walls or the door. Oh yeah although the fire alarm went off a handful of times some longer than other nobody once came to check why it was going off or answer the emergency button intercom I kept pushing for another 15min after it went off the first few times. I gave two stars rather than one because I got a free lock with my rental which was new and they had better monthly rates on units.
