“Traveling through over midweek. Getting gas and discovered major coolant leak. Fortunately caught before it affected engine but dare to go anywhere. Selected Y. A. based on the business descriptions by self and others on internet. Next morning I was there when they opened. It’s a small business and I braced for the worst. Yep, they were busy, but said if they couldn’t help, they’ll help find someone who can(!). In pm they hoisted it, found the water pump failed and replaced it. Road tested and done by 5. Done right and fairly charged. I also appreciate any customers who might have had their work schedule adjusted to accommodate us. “I went here out of convenience, the location is near my work. I was pleasantly surprised. The clutch went out in my Jeep and normally I would do the work myself but because I needed it done sooner than later and did not want to bother with towing I took a chance on BIC Automotive. They had my Jeep done in a day and a half. Not only did they repair my clutch but they fixed and adjusted a few other lingering problems I haven't had time to take care of. They stayed in communication with me through the whole process. Their prices are very reasonable especially for the high quality of work they do. Both mechanics I talked to were very professional. I strongly recommend this garage for all your automotive needs.”
