This phone company isn’t very convenient! Brought in a phone to have battery replaced because it was having an issue with not charging. Left home with a phone that now doesn’t work with the volume buttons nor does the locking button work. These issues could have generated after it was opened now they’re saying there not responsible and want me to pay now more money for them to check that new issue that generated after they did there work! All they do is give a “6 day guarantee” but don’t guarantee there work as if anything happens to the phone.! Need better service! They should be responsible!

Went to get my camera lens fixed on my phone. Glass covering for lens was replaced but lens was not wiped thoroughly. There is smudges and dust particles underneath and you can see them when taking pictures. I explained this to them when I went to pick up my phone but they kept giving me another explanation as to why my camera was not clear. They were not thorough when replacing the glass cover of my lens. Charged me $64 dollars for a smudgy camera.

Came in too repair my samsung s22 but instead of doing that , they made make the best decision on getting a new 13 pro max! Very caring and honest ! Id recommend to anyone who needs making the best decision on their phone

Do not go there!!!!All they had to do was reset my iPad everything was working great with my iPad and they gave me another iPad that doesn’t even turn on

Phone screen literally fell out my phone like a Lego block this happened a few months ago and when I brought it back in they were gonna recharge me the $380 | just got a new phone entirely at that point
