Today we received a beautiful bouquet of autumn flowers from The Findery for our anniversary. They are so fresh I expect it will stay beautiful for quite some time. In the past I ordered an exquisite Asian design which required a special order of flowers. It was stunning. I appreciate the quality arrangements and service I have received from The Findery.

Did not get the flowers I paid for. Not to mention the ones they substituted were supposed to be white and red and the ones I got stayed green and didn't turn white. I called, they did not try and make it right or give a partial refund.

Absolutely horrible flowers. Bought a week ago or so for delivery on Valentine's Day. Even bought the deluxe version. In the review is what I ordered vs what was delivered. I get that the 14th is busy, but Jesus..... What a ripoff. The flowers at Safeway looked WAY better. So much for supporting a local business...

This business is located in Yakima's historic and beautiful Charbonneau castle. The place has become a hoarder house. I ordered a couple of times from them before I saw the building and the bouquets were ok, but not great. Then I drove by it for the first time several years ago, and was horrified at how trashy it looked, with hoarder-type junk all around. Since then it has gotten a lot worse. The last time I drove by there were piles of junk on both sides of the building, including an old mattress box spring. This trashing of a Yakima landmark is disgusting. If you live in Yakima or nearby, drive by and take a look before deciding whether to give them your business.

I used to order floral arrangements from this business from out of town. Sometimes they were ok, sometimes mediocre. But the business premises have become more appalling over the years. The Findery is located in Yakima's Charbonneau Castle, a historic castle-like building from the early part of the 1900's. This lovely building has been turned into a hoarder's garbage dump. There are huge piles of garbage on either side of the castle, and I'm sure more in the back yard. Not only is this an insult to Yakima's history, it is surely an indication of what kind of people run this business. They don't respect the building or its history and they don't respect their business enough to clean up the garbage, and judging by the reviews they don't respect their customers either. For crying out loud, DO A DUMP RUN and then find another place for your hoarding if you can't control it.

Recently we lost a grandson, he was in the military and 38 years old . I ordered the casket spray and floral arrangements through Teleflora and they contacted the Findery Floral and gift shop to do the actual work . The evening before my grandsons funeral I received two text that the flowers were delivered to the funeral home. The morning of the funeral there was no flowers! I talked to the funeral director and he assured me that there had not been a delivery, he called Teleflora and they were rude to him , they said they would contact the business in Yakima and see what they had to say . Their excuse was We didn't have any help! The combination of the Findery and Teleflora are to say the least a disaster! Not only did they not deliver to the funeral home they refused to give my money back, bad business practices

I called about some flowers my boyfriend surprised me with and i got fake flowers in the mix i called and the old lady was absolutely rude and not very nice my flowers i aslo got some of them were dead im super upset :(

First time I call this place stated the amount of budget I wanted to spend. I was ask if I wanted to go with a live Plant. I was very pleased how beautiful this plant is and it made it to the delivery of hospital. Thank you❤️?
