I called this place today and spoke to 2 people about some taxes I need done. After I sent over my information I then get an email saying there not taking new clients. Interesting that was never mentioned before. Terrible company

I highly recommend Terry D. Goddard for all your tax and bookkeeping needs.The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. They go above and beyond my expectations. I have been a client for over 10 years. They helped me resolve my IRS issues and continue to provide outstanding service. And they always have a bowl full of chocolates!

I've had my tax return done here for several years. The last year they did it, they were negligent and told me they had the W-2 from my part time job but they didn't include it in my return. I'm now having to pay additional taxes. I paid them a lot of money to do my 1040 and when I asked for it to be partially or fully reimbursed the lady responding told me it was my fault for sending email (something they had told me to do) and for not catching their error. Shoddy work and poor customer service. Unfortunately, I had previously recommended them to friends and they have had an excessive amount of problems with work being done incorrectly and fines racking up. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

Absolutely wonderful accounting firm! Nothing but positive to say about my experience at Terry D. Goddard's CPA firm, staff is personal and intelligent and fulfilled all of my accounting needs. Built a relationship with me for a lifetime. Would recommend
