Far too many reputable dealerships within a 100 mile radius to waste your time, energy, credit rating, and sanity on this place or their other dealership - Trucks Plus USA.I have been a repeat customer, but I have also finally and painfully learned my lesson. Learn from my mistakes.Just don't.

Service is incredibly slow. I had a dead battery, dropped my car off Monday, then didn't even get to look at it until Thursday. Got the new battery Friday and I got to pick up my car just before closing Friday. They had no loaners so I had to rent a car for the whole week. Trent was very nice and once they knew it was the battery, he rushed it to get it done so I could pick up before the weekend, but it seems really ridiculous that it took a whole work week to replace a battery. My car is 2 weeks short of being 3 years old. Seems like the battery should have lasted longer than that, but I'm glad to have my car back running again. I drive for a living so I need to have a reliable car. IT's the whole reason I bought a new car. Just frustrating. Wish we had more options in this town.

Bill was very friendly and helpful, I give him 5 stars for customer service. Only complaint is that we had to resign for another vehicle after being told that the inventory was incorrect and the car we signed for initially was already sold. We were told the car would be 3-5 days out, however were not informed until 3 days later that we needed to sign for another Atlas. We ended up waiting 14 days for delivery of the new vin. This cost us an additional 500 dollars in rental car coverage for the week, that we were not expecting to need. No options were given for loaner car or reimbursement due to the dealer mistake.

I was told when scheduling my transmission service and upon drop off that it would be $420. My husband picked up our vehicle that evening using my debit card, since I had to work late. The service department failed to mention the $420 was WITHOUT tax. With tax the total came to about $470. This caused an overdraft with my bank (as I do not leave more than needed in checking). I just wish this would have been clarified by the service department that the price of $420 they twice provided me did not include the tax. This could have been avoided with a little more communication.

Easy to schedule an appointment that fits my busy schedule. I didn't have to wait very long for my vehicle to be ready. The customer service was exceptional.

Take you Mercedes car buying to another dealership and do not use them for service. Our Sprinter was in for Warranty work for 3 weeks. Went to pick up when work was completed - no paperwork - grease stains on interior and one of the problems not fixed. This was after asking the service advisor if problem was fixed. She said it was and come pick your Sprinter up. Once we got back on the road, we found out that the problem was not fixed. I called the service advisor and she had I dont care attitude. Asked to speak to the Service Manager - on hold for 20 minutes and then left a message. No return phone call. This is a full on "clown show" and an embarrassment to normal stellar Mercedes service.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!I took my car in they diagnosed 2 things fixed nothing charged me 300 dollars when I spoke to the head of service he gave me his word my card would reimbursed for 150.00 of the 300 totally fair. He is a liar did not ever see that 150 they are thieves be very careful. Cause they will screw you and lie straight to your face. After he told me he would credit my card he thanked me for not giving him a bad review! He is in charge of the service department, CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

They claimed they fixed our BMW but now we're having to spend big bucks to fix the damage they did. The mechanics don't know anything about BMWs, or Mercedes.

We had a terrific experience at Steve Hahn’s Volkswagen! Craig went above and beyond to make sure we went home with our lovely Prius that same day. Friendly faces all around and we felt like we were in good hands. I would recommend this dealership to anyone trying to find a good reputable vehicle!

Never had a problem when I went there. I did actually note an issue when I was there about a long cranking issue with my 1.4t jetta in hot weather after it sat all day in the sun after driving it to work, and didn't get much of a response from the mechanic when I was making an inquiry about it. He didn't seem like he was very interested in the issue I stated. I think I have the issue resolved with the part I have coming in the mail this week after a year of getting tired of it doing this. I would bring it in to the dealership and get it resolved but I don't have $600+ for the XX MILE service interval because my warranty expired about 2yrs ago. I can fix it and do the maintenance myself anyways. But definitely would be easier to just bring it to vw. But can't afford it!!

Everything negative that I have read online about Steve Hahn's Auto Group appears to be true. I simply cannot believe that after informing my salesperson that I wanted to buy the car I was looking at on their lot and submitting our information for total costs (tax/title/license with our 800+ credit ratings) they sold the car to someone else who waltzed in the doors significantly after us. Wow! Epic fail of our salesperson Kimberly Alvarado for being sloth-like in responding to our desire to buy the car and for not advising the other salespeople that she already had customers who wanted to buy the car. Please read the reviews for the auto group carefully online. I was warned that the customer service at S*** was awful, but still decided to deal with them and then THIS happened. Lol. It is shocking. I have decided that perhaps I dodged a bullet with this dealership because if they can treat customers this poorly before the car is purchased, I can only imagine what they are like after. Again, read their negative reviews carefully from many sites. There are many complaints about cars with multiple problems, including major parts failures, shortly after purchase.

Trent at Volkswagen went above and beyond in his service for my vehicle. Since day one, he’s been on top of my maintenance, keeping me abreast of all the changes along the way. Not only did he do a great job in managing the services, but his help with my insurance was top notch. I live on the west side of Washington, but visit often. Next time I’m in the area and need vehicle assistance, I know exactly where I’m going.

We liked that our sales accociate wasn't pushy and wasn't just there for the sale.. He made is feel like good friends and even washed and fueled our car before we left with it..
