I was underwhelmed with my visit for service on my Mercedes Benz. I brought my SUV in for a Service B. Service area was clean and welcoming. The work on the other hand was poor. I compared a Service B I previously had in Seattle, and so many things were either missed or not recorded being done, not to mention, the floor was not vacuumed after the service. I know that might be petty for most, but any time I have Service done at a dealership, I expect them to go the extra mile since I am paying the extra dollars!

I've owned several MB, and I can't say enough good things about the integrity, communication, service, and authenticity of this team both on the auto sales and service side. Special kudos to David for going above and beyond to make sure that everything was well coordinated when I needed his assistance in a pinch. I plan to come from the west side of the cascades to purchase through him in the future. Zach in service has been excellent in service of my Mercedes and is timely, kind, and fantastic at what he does. I have never been overcharged and know they treat me as they would want to be treated. Highly recommend if you are looking to purchase or need service!

We bought an expensive used Kia Telluride from this dealership, and because there are so few around our options were limited so we were "unable to negotiate" a better price on this used 50k+ vehicle. After we closed the deal we were informed that the 2nd had been lost & they would not provide one. After we brought the vehicle home we contacted them about getting a back up key ordered, and to get the number of an auto paint company who could paint the trim the salesman said he'd get us. He nor dealership has ever bothered to respond. Very unhappy with the service provided at this dealership, and it was not an inexpensive vehicle.

Zero stars if possible. Advertised a 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 at a very attractive price - however, they only had stock photos of the SUV (beige and black) so I called to find out more. I was greeted with evasive answers and the sales woman offered to show me a different SUV. Me: Nope. I'm calling about this specific one. What color is it? Salesperson: Um... the owner's wife is driving it now. Me: Ok. So I'm guessing it no longer has 13,329 miles on it? Her: Probably. Me: What color is it? Her: We have a nice black one I can show you. Me: No. This one. What color? Her: *sigh* Silver Me: Ok. How many miles are on it? And I'd like to confirm the price. Her: How much do you think it is? ... and on and and on ... Me: Is it still for sale? Her: The owner's wife is driving it. Me: I understood that. Does that mean she's driving it until it sells. Or is she driving it and it's no longer for sale. Her: Well, we can't sell it right this moment. Can I show you a different vehicle? Me: If it's no longer for sale, why is it advertised online at a very attractive price? Her: I'm not in charge of the website. Have a good day. *click* This is probably a good indication of the service you can expect. Dodged a bullet on this one! Thank you!

I had to mark a star. The lady called my husband gave him a line of how they'll give us an extremely good deal on our 2019 Atlas come on down it's a great deal that no one can beat. Made an appointment. We go she didn't even have us written in as an appointment. Acted like we just came in to trade in. We kept asking multiple times what are you going to give us for our car so we would know what to look for or even say no deal if needed. She insisted we look around for a car before they'll tell us. Had 3 cars in mind waited for the appraisal. Never looked at our car. Told us they only do "fair market" value on ALL cars no matter what. So my 2019 Atlas will be valued at the same level as a 2016 Equinox would valued at. My car is not "fair" it's better than that I will admit it's not in excellent condition. Also when I asked her about their ad on the radio 125% over KBB and also the Trucks Plus ad of theirs being 5,000 over KBB she tells me that was last months promotion. This was yesterday 6/18/2021. On the radio today which I have recorded on 6/19/2021 is their add again on 104.1 and cherry fm that states Steve Hahn 125% over KBB and Trucks Plus 5,000 over KBB. BUYERS BEWARE they'll scam you, give you lower than your car is worth turn around and sell it for 125-150% over what they gave you for yours. On top of all that Was handed over to another sales guy who was pretty straight shooter doing his best. She was pissy and not friendly after we called her out on her great sales pitch over the phone. But again her line was nothing more than get you in the door there is no deal, no big promotion, not even honoring their own ad. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

Horrible, horrible service. Wish I could give less than 1 star! One star is being nice!! They took almost 2 months to payoff my trade in. Which caused my credit to drop 25 points and cause me to have a delinquent credit reporting. They told me lies about when they sent the payment then the payment got returned I called and called and all they did was lie. Never again will I buy a car from them nor will I recommend them to anyone. Plus I will be filing a formal Complaint with the State Attorney Generals office.

Absolutely ZERO COVID precautions. I brought my car here for service and immediately saw staff members wandering around not wearing masks. When I asked about that they said he "wasn't working". Ok, so... why was he there? An outright lie anyways because I saw him get into a customer's car. I went to the waiting room; chairs weren't social distanced. Nowhere else to sit so I decided to deal with it and try to get some work done. People came and went without masks, staff and customers alike-- no enforcement at all! And those who were wearing masks weren't wearing them properly. Appalled at the audacity. I did not feel safe here but was stuck since they had my car. No one at the front desk when I went to ask for another place to wait. Then they tried to get me to do a different service that I had already had done and was, surprise, $150 more. Won't be coming back here.

The staff here did absolutely amazing. Our salesperson Mickayla did an incredible job being patient and putting in the effort to help my wife and I both find a car that was exactly what we were looking for. Also the management and finance team was just as helpful they did everything they could to make sure we were happy. I definitely recommend buying a car from here.
