I don't need to be offensive, but your help at your office on 16th. They're a joke they're rude. Not a good experience. Been with charter for over. Or spectrum, excuse me, 20 years.The worst service I ever had.

I just left spectrum and y’alls door was locked, mon-sat it says you close at 8 pm why were they locked ? How are you going to provide good service if you aren’t open to service people. Smh . Upset .

30% of the time this place kind of gets it right - 70% of the time, it’s wait times, constant clarifications of terms and service, semi contradictory information. Customer service rarely seems like it’s oriented towards delivering a positive experience, nor solving, what should be, relatively straight forward problems.

I don't know if its just me but they are always VERY RUDE. I can't stand this store ( one in mall) switching today forsure. Paid cash for a 1200$ phone and was treated like dirt, when I was a sale before I had ever even walked in that store. Girl prejudged me all the way, planned on getting the flip 5 but oh well!!!

Went in today the kid there told me to cancel my order I had done over the phone to later find out he wasn't going to place my order. made me pay my bill that I was going to pay later on that day but with all that he said he was going to make my order he didn't. told me I had to wait 24 hours before placing my cell phone order. He was acting rude and arrogant with me. I left with no cell phone order placed. I called spectrum and they did my order all over again with no 24 hour wait time. Im not happy with the customer service. That was disappointing.

No internet connection, the rare times it does work it’s insanely slow, 1/10 the speed we pay for. Can’t reach anyone on the phone other than an automated system and issues with their website so I can’t log in to chat.

Worst interest I've ever had, keeps buffering, keeps going out, its like this company is out to just drain your wallet, they claim to have the fastest internet which is a bunch of baloney just to get their service which it ain't even worth it, ill definitely be looking around for another provider
