I had a gift certificate so I came for a wash here. Bought the 16$ wash and the car looked awful. Dirt circles everywhere

We paid for the Grand wash. Our hood was visibly dirty when we came out of the wash and the kids drying it off didn’t even attempt to wipe it off. It also missed an entire section of the back.

They do a great job. My only issue is paying for the monthly plan and not getting the correct wash I have been paying for. It would be great to get what you pay for, I don't think that is too much to ask for.
