Purchased a sectional, mattress, and dresser. Very nice guy, crew was nice and professional. However when I purchased the sectional he mentioned the covers come off to be washed and that was a big selling point for me. Less than a month after I got the sectional I needed to wash 2 covers. I washed them on delicate and both were ruined. I emailed photos asking for assistance and he said he would reach the manufacturer but I have never heard back. I emailed again and still no response. Unfortunately I broke my ankle 2 days after the delivery or I would go in and speak to them. I really love my set but now don’t know what to do. Hate being a complainer but as a single mom it took a lot for me to buy this. I have now learned the covers are NOT washable. Guess I should have done more research.

He’s a nice guy, but he lies a lot! He marked our couch as delivered when we had not received the couch. He failed to explain to us on the terms and monthly payment of the loan. He also said he was going to give us a cleaning kit but when I went to pick up he took a spray bottle out of the whole kit and that is what he gave us. We have purchased with him before but it looks like he has changed. For the furniture I can say it’s great stuff. Prices are ok.

Nice place. Owner was friendly and very patient with helping us find what we needed for our home at a reasonable price. They came delivered on time and were fast and efficient with the setup and the delivery guys were also friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality Furnitures.

My wife and I have purchased from these guys a couple times. We bought a bedroom set that was delivered and installed in our home and we loved it. the delivery guys were professional and courteous and they did a great job setting up. We recently bought a living room set (couch, love seat, recliner) and again, delivery was excellent. We ended up having a manufacturing issue with 2 of the pieces but Luis and Sleep Shop took care of it immediately and without stress. If youre looking to upgrade your home, come talk to these guys. they will take care of you.

Cheap cheap cheap furniture and they charge you tooooo much. Quality sucks here (I’m not talking about brand, I am referring to the actual furniture that your team “builds”) it was horrible craftsmanship. Do not get their credit from other banks those are just money grabbers like this company. Trust me I was the one who made the mistake of going back and getting couches. Do not get anything that has wood as its structure or else it will break in a month. (You shouldn’t have issues with the furniture after you purchase for a year or so not a month) LOL NO COMPRAN AQUI POR FAVOR RAZA.

Don't buy from this place they'll tell you you'll receive your merchandize in 2 weeks and get it 2 months later recliners broke right away had to fix them the back rest broke as well I took it apart and a board broke when I called to tell them they were charging me $350 for a back rest I bought the couches less than 8 months at that time the quality of the them is garbage I paid $2200 in less than 3 months I wish somebody told me about the poor quality of these couches you can feel the wood through the couches when you sit down and they aint even 2 years old fading already save your money and go to COSTCO

My mom bought a dinning table with chairs. They told her she could take the display FOR NOW and that they were going to ORDER a new one for her. This would take about 6 weeks. The display table had big crack and some damage done. My mom really needed a dining table so she took the display one while she waited for new one to arrive like they PROMISED. After 3 months of NOT hearing from them I called them and spoke to the owner he said "oh we are working on it and will call her once it's here" it's been a year and a few calls from me to the owner nothing has been resolved. My mom still has the displayed table. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They lie just to get you out the door and never follow through or fix problems.

The worst shop there is in town lies after lies waited almost 6 months for sectional when they had said it'll be in in a week DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! Workers came to deliver everything was bad plus the workers doing cocaine in back of delivery truck while my kids were around!!!

I found this shot to be a very dishonest shop. Home I understand he is a partner in the business show me the furniture tell me it's going to be delivered with my TV stand. When the delivery man delivering my furniture they were told the same day I was told that everything was being delivered there's a TV stand will be delivered in another couple of weeks. It has been now for weeks still no delivery send can't get through to the shop on the phone. And when I do I leave a message with my phone number no return phone call or any apology. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Worst experience ever!! Worst customer service ever!! Definitely do not recommend save the headache and go to another furniture store not only is the furniture cheaply made but the service is horrible. Was told when we initially ordered our couches that they had USB ports inside of the couch (When they arrived they did not) when we received them weeks after we were told they’d be delivered the men left us with a broken couch the recliner would not work. I called the next morning when we noticed and I had to continue to call for 2 weeks before we were finally helped and then we were treated horrible. They said they’d send someone out and when they arrived they brought the wrong couch ?♀️. So it took another 2 weeks to get the actual couch that was broken and now it’s been about 4 months since we purchased them and the seams have fallen out of the couches, the recliners get stuck and won’t close. The wood sticks thru the middle of the cushions. Complete rip off over 2,000$ in couches and they are trash. Spoke to Luis on the phone several time and he was so disrespectful to both my husband and I, enough to the point of where he was laughing at our frustrations. The most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with.

Buyers beware! First off i always try my best to leave good honest unbiased reviews and sadly i cannot do this this time. When we filled the paper work for the lease i specifically told the representative that we had leased before and i did not want to pay more after the sofas where paid off. She told me this company did not charge more after being paid off. Yes i have the paperwork and i can prove what i am saying. After a few days we got the paperwork if we took more than 90 days to pay we would be charged almost 3 times more than the initial price. It would have been cool if they kept it real with us and gave us that choice to make not try to hide it. Its al good i didn't call or say anything because i should have done my homework on them it was may fault as well. They also said itwas a 3 peice reclining sectional well its only 2 also my fault for not checking first. 3rd month in sofas started to fall apart now a few months later they are starting to rip apart now. This is the last time we ever buy from here and if i can save someone from getting scammed like we did i will happily do it.

I bought a mattress here the lady who assisted me told me we would have the mattress we wanted but a different color when the mattress came in it was a different style i understand it's the same quality as the one I saw but it's not the one I wanted i payed almost 700 for it & for me that's being dishonest i feel like i was scammed especially during a pandemic i looked around if there was a "no refund" sign but there wasn't any nor did they mention it then i heard another couple who had the same issue so I'm assuming it's something that happens alot here
