“All American Self Storage is a great place to keep your stuff, and the staff is so kind and helpful!! We were there to clean out our unit on a Saturday, when their posted hours said they were closed , and were having a terrible time getting the gate open. (we had forgotten the * and #). The on-site manager saw us struggling and came to see what was going on. After she confirmed that we did have a unit number and code, she went inside, wrote everything down in the correct order, and brought it back out. It would have been easy for her to ignore us as the office was closed, but she did not! We would be keeping our unit had we not moved across the mountains. Thank you so much for 15 years of friendly efficient service!!”

“Easy access to the freeway, free wifi. New ownership, so the old reviews about the old owner are not really valid any longer. Pull through spaces, staff is always so nice. It's a nice clean park, you can tell they maintain it regularly. Has a pool with access during the summer. Showers/bathrooms/laundry areas are very clean and well maintained. Speed bumps are not bad as some reviews have suggested.. just pay attention, which you should be doing already. Close to fuel (maybe 3 or 4 blocks), a casino, food isn't too far with a number of restaurants at the next exit down 82. Nice place all in all.”
“I got a storage unit here not that long ago and I am loving it! The move in day process was super easy, they had all the paperwork ready and had one employee show me to the unit and even helped me fill out the forms to save us time. They allow you to borrow a hand truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient. This was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The gates are open 7 days a week, including holidays. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer. I’ve been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 12 Hwy makes it a quick trip from when I’m coming from West Valley, Selah, Lower Valley. So stress free- will continue to use Value Lock Storage, even though I don’t live very close to them.”
“The owner is diligent about protecting his units. One day I left it unlocked because I didn't engage the hasp correctly and he saw on his daily rounds and called me right away so I could come lock my unit. So far seems like a pretty up front and trust worthy guy, which I appreciate!”

“I love this storage business! I've been with them for years and I've always been super happy and comfortable with them not one complaint. I love that it's always under watch with 24hr camera recording the area all day and night, very secure and safe. And also Debbie at the front desk is so sweet and willing to help in any way she can.”
“Been loading out of here for the last year. Sometimes they are fast, but mostly takes some time. I have been here since 1500 hrs yesterday and not going to get loaded until sometime after 1600 tonight. Office staff are pretty good about helping you out, and the warehouse staff are personable.”
