I have been shopping at Safeway for 40 years. I use their pharmacy and had a problem. When I called, the lady in the pharmacy she was so rude it was unbelievable and I hung up. I called back to talk to the manager and it was the same lady claiming to be the manage and continued her rude attitude. I hung up and called the store manage Kyle. I informed him of what had happened and he said she can be rude but the pharmacy was not part of Safeway and he could not do anything. I told him I would not shop there anymore and would carry my complaint to cooperate. This lady cost them a loyal customer and I will spread the word. Shame. I tried to contact corporate but as of yet have talked to no one.

I went in last night it was about 7:20 pm I needed to get a money order I stood by the customer service register there was 2 cashier's they both made eye contact didn't say anything so I stood there for a while longer the cashiers decided to switch I really don't know what that was about but then the casher tells me that the customer service was now closed after they see me standing there for about a good 10 minutes I don't understand y they were closed it wasn't even 8pm never going there again

Ordered a cake for our company function the week before. Came to pick it on Monday the 13th at around 10:30am. It was not made. The employee was visibly annoyed with me. She asked what the order was I couldn’t quite remember at the moment. When I did I let her know. She, again annoyed, took out the bread, in a box (I thought it was homemade) and the fillings and rudely placed them on the shelf on the back wall. It was very clear the employee had absolutely no interest in helping me. I let her know not to start making it and ended up getting ice cream cakes and got a refund. We will no longer use Safeway for our cakes. As of lately most employees there act like the customers are an inconvenience. Not all, but most do.

Always clean, produce section is always on point. Pricey to shop at times but they have good deals to get more for your buck.

Love the store... pharmacy not so much. Female pharmacist was extremely rude to my spouse today (3/2/24), (also not the first time we have experienced her bad attitude) Our prescriptions abruptly went from auto fill to callbin and he just wanted to know why. She said we never were set up (4 mos of auto fill says otherwise) he said "maybe I will go else and she said "OK. NO PROBLEM". Sad when people forget that customers are the very reason they are employed! We really did enjoy the rest of the store.
