Can never get my medication I ask for refills never hear back is happened so many times. I call and get told nothing was ever submitted or that my insurance denied the medication due to insurance change but was never told even after two weeks. Now I don't have any of my medications and I can't get it. They never take accountability and always make you feel like it's your fault. I switched when bi-mart closed because I was told it's a good pharmacy, I was told wrong.

Terrible service, twice have screwed up my prescriptions, needed blood pressure meds, why have automated phone system if it can’t even function right?? Twice I’ve asked for refills and twice store never received, unacceptable as it could cause my death

Great prize and great service. It's great because I can shop and stop for an coffee and a yummy donuts. Very close by.

They are short staffed, the staff is uneducated and often are not capable of doing their job. There is one pharmacist that does a good job but have had very bad experiences with everyone else but him.Recommend finding another pharmacy if you don't like standing line for 25 minutes to be told they are to inept to help you

Terrible customer service! Went to the floral department for some balloons waited about 10 minutes,went to ask a worker for help, still nothing asked another employee 5 minutes after and never got my balloons inflated!!
