I had the most frustrating experience with upper management at this store. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is that the hourly workers seem helpful. While I was visiting yakima from out of town, I somehow lost my gas receipt from getting gas at this location. I couldn't put my phone number in when I got the gas, so the transaction wasn't on my safeway app. I called asking if they could look up the transaction with the date/time and my card.... I was told they could, but the manager would need to do it. I waited 2 or 3 days before calling, and then I was told they gave my info to the bookkeeper who had gone home. But that they would pass it on again the next day... I called AGAIN the next day and still had to leave a message with a customer service representative. Never once got a call back. Never got an email either. I guess I'm fortunate that my work isn't a stickler and accepted a bank statement on the last day I could submit a reimbursement request, but if it was left in this shop staff's hands, I'd be out money. So if you don't run into any issues that require assistance from upper management, I would assume the visit to this safeway would be fine... great even.

Most convenient place to put gas, like the fact u can redeem points. So today I got 50 cents off the gallon. From shopping at Safeway definitely will be back not along the line a lot of open pumps so no waiting. Gas is expensive these days so any savings is good

A convienant and easy way to fuel up. Like being able to use pump even when unattended by using debit or credit card. Good location. Price is the average around town. Usually fill up here.
