If you own a Tesla, don't pay the extra $650 for the calibration. Tesla made it owner friendly so you can do it yourself. I cancelled my Safelite appt after they wouldnt let me just pay for the glass repair. It's just a money grab at the end of the day. $650 for a 15min drive/calibration, yeah not today.

Worst place you call the number on the website and a dam operator machine doesn’t even transfer you to someone. Scammers is what they are and can’t even do the job right. I had to take my truck to Chevy because they can’t calibrate my windshield !! Why advertise you can when you can’t work on newer cars. My car has been sitting at Chevy for 2 days now because this fools don’t answer the phone and don’t want to pay for something they caused. If your going to install windshield make sure you know what your doing don’t just hire people who don’t know what the hell they are doing.

I bought a new windshield with lifetime warranty and got a rock chip and NONE OF THE PROMPTS address that issue nor can you get a live person on the phone.

This is the second time I have used Safelite to replace a windshield and have used them several times for rock chip repairs. I couldn't love this company anymore than I already do! It was sooooooooooo simple to get a quote online and they even calculate the cost with or without using insurance. Scheduling an appointment is even easier AND they come to your home or work! My technician, Trinidad, was very punctual, courteous, explained the process, timelines, aftercare, etc...very well and was exceptionally great to work with! He had my windshield replaced and the keys back in my hand in less than an hour! I didn't have to drop off my car and/or ask someone for a ride, etc...incredibly easy!! I will definitely use Safelite again and again!

Had rock chips fixed here. Left razor blade marks on the windshield and wouldn’t take responsibility. Manager John said he would refund insurance company, but that doesn’t fix my scratches. Went here because safeco prefers them. Go to McKinney if in Yakima area

Awesome experience with Safelite, as usual. This was a replacement rather than a rock chip repair because the chip evolved into a huge crack overnight. They came out to my office and had the replacement installed in 40 minutes. The care instructions after the fact were simple so it was a flawless experience.

Great service. Miguel was awesome! I love the mobile service that came to my home, it's super helpful when you have little kiddos! Price was in line with today's market as well. It didn't take him long at all to fix 3 shattered windows from a break in! He also notified us the regulator was broken, which is nice so we know instead of just wondering what's wrong with it!Thanks Miguel and Safelite!

Miguel came out to change a Windshield on my 18 civic. Guy was super friendly and chill! Got that bad boy done in less than 40 minutes. I was running a little behind getting there and he had everything set up ready to go! 10/10. Also when I went into the office to make the appointment the lady at the desk was super helpful and friendly as well!
