I recently was in Yakima to pick up some items I bought. Unfortunately, I ran over a tire weight that punctured the tire on my Yukon. I called RJ's and they sent a gentleman, Dustin, (I hope I remembered his name correctly) to fix my flat. Dustin arrived in about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about my Yukon and was able to put on my spare quickly. He was friendly and professional. He said he had only been with RJ's for about a month. I hope he does well! Thank you so much for helping me out!!

Had an issue with our motorhome going thru Yakima. Ford dealer could not look at fro 1 month. Call around town and Micheal at RJs said they could look at it. The issue was difficult to diagnose but they figured it out. Randy the owner was very accommodating and let us stay in the Motorhome while repairs were being done as it took a couple days.Gerard the technician was very good even came in on Saturday to finish the job.Gerard is a very capable technician and I was very confident in the job that he had done.We left the shop and put on another 5000 miles before we got home and the Motorhome work perfectly.We received excellent service and workmanship from RJs tire pros.I highly recommend them for any service work you need.Thanks, Brian

Great experience. They were really helpful on short notice. Felt like they were honest and the price was fair, and Iooked at lots of options to make sure I got what I needed. I showed up pretty close to closing time and they were happy to help me.Would definitely recommend and will come back in the future

A few years ago I was getting winter tires put on my truck before I went for a road trip I got home after the trip and noticed all the lug nuts were loose on all the tires. I would not recommend going here.
