Super friendly pharmacy staff and I am always in and out. Doesn't get much better than 4 stars for a pharmacy. A little hidden is the only complaint but use your GPS and that should work

I love the people there, it's a good pharmacy. But I have a complaint, they are now closed on the weekends and I'm having to call them on a Friday to get my medicine by the weekend, they aren't able to keep up with filling medicine, and now their reduce hours and there's always a line to get medicine, they are so inconvenient now. Thinking about switching pharmacies. I need my family's medicine rather quickly. And I call it in early and still no results til almost Friday. Wi see doctors on Friday, and I can't get medicine filled til the following week. Please fix this, you'll lose customer's real fast.

I have been refilling the same prescription for 6 years every 28 days I have to take this medicine everyday. The lady lied to me and said it hadn't been sent by my doctor. Called the doc it had been sent day before she told doc that she was under staffed and couldn't get to it. Not what she told me. So I have to wait till after work tmrw to get it. Its going to be a rough day not taking it first thing in the morning. You can't just cutt people off of something they take everyday. Not ok they have really gone down hill at this location. I would not recommend to anyone since they can't even fill the prescriptions they currently have.

Slightly better than the Wells Fargo location nearby, but only slightly. Rite Aid needs to do better if they want my support and I did not feel that they were being competent. Rite Aid needs to improve its work entirely across the board if it wants my repeat business.Please do better if you want my repeat business. Right now, your overall 4.1 rating is much lower than the 4.5 ratings I have seen in other locations.

"Tanya" in the pharmacy is very rude. She should not be able to answer the phones if she has the kind of attitude she gave me. Very uncalled for.

Never shopped here but I had an interview with Lareina. I showed up 10 minutes early and she didn't even meet me until 10 minutes after my interview was scheduled. Several times throughout the interview she would leave for several minutes and come back. At one point the phone rang while I was answering a question, kept ringing and she just said "I hope someone answers that". If today was that busy why didn't you reschedule? At the end of the interview she said she just needed some more information and after then she would give me a start date. To clarify I asked if I had already been hired and she said yes. The next day I submitted all information needed and notified her by email. It has been a month and I received no response. But I did get the auto generated corporation email saying that other candidates were chosen. I understand the challenges that come with high business and low staff, but that does not justify dishonesty. Based on the lack of professionalism I was given it's honestly no surprise that hardly anyone works here.

I Was an employee for 9 months and I was never late and did everything and more but I lost my job after an incident happened between me and a repeated shoplifter. According to the company I was my fault even though I was the one that was man handled and dragged outside. There is No training To prevent this type of situation from happening, besides what I have learned in the 20 years of working in retail. I wasn't offered probation and no one came in to talk with me, I it was all done through the phone. They also said my employee stated in her statement that it was my fault but there was nothing she wrote that accuses me of stepping out of line. It's an awful place to work and management is an issue there. Shame on RITE AID for letting a good employee go! I do not recommend this place for employment to anyone. They will work you and then guilt you when you can't. There is NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT RITE AID...NONE!
