Horrible experience. I left my Jewlery to be repaired. I was told it would take 3 days. 3 days have passed I called and I was told that my 3 gold 14k necklaces were ready. Then I specifically told her I would be the one picking up. (She clearly didn’t understand) then come to find out she let a random person who said it was theirs to take my 14 gram necklace. Horrible experience horrible lady. She tends to come off sweet then when it comes to business she’s bitter than a plate with no seasoning
