Don't know yet, their customer service has not returned the call yetUpdate 9-5-23Prime windows tells me from looking at pictures provided that my problems are installer problems...I asked 2 times for a personal visit from a factory personal for a inspection and was denied... builder says problems are window problems. So, everyone is blaming someone else.. I'm still holding $15K in final payment. This week I'm filling a clamp with the state.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff at prime windows for helping with my warranty. Replying to emails, call backs and Jesse who came to the house to repair my windows. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Just terrible windows and terrible quality . Builders who uses them are trash . All windows need to be reglazed multiple times . Every single window .

My contractor installed Prime sliding doors. Twice now, the cheap cast iron handles came apart. This time, while trying to get a replacement handle through Prime's customer service, I have found it extremely difficult to get anyone to respond to me. For two months now I have been calling and emailing CS with not one reply. I called the operator many of times and I get sent to a voice mail... again, no reply! With this type of customer service, I would avoid this manufacturer at all cost!

Company was bought out, and reduced workers’ pay and refused to give promised raises to new hires. HR is horrible, incompetent and unprofessional. Bad workers are given endless leeway and are paid the same as good ones; highly recommend doing business with a different company that treats its workers better.

I have a home with many prime windows. After several years we have about a 20% failure rate, a technician came out and told my wife and I it is a failure of the windows and would be covered by warranty. They will say in 3-4 weeks it will be delivered and installed. It has been about 4 months and now they have completely stopped responding. This is not a unique experience with this company. The answer is to simply never do business with them as lifetime warranty you purchase will not be honored.

The build quality is not good, overall cheap looking. The windows and sliding doors doesn't last long, parts starts to broken after 4 years. The locks they use in the sliding door are cheap and low quality, the ones they sell Lowe's are much better than the locks they use in their products. The customer service, warranty is slow, expecting don't hear back from them for months.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I don't recommend nobody to work at this company. It has been the most traumatizing experiences since I moved out to Yakima. Staff are very unprofessional, leaders want to talk to you with no respect and supervisors are very unprofessional especially Mike, all he does is walk around cussing at employees all day long. They put me a 5'3 foot women on my own to do a man's job to carry heavy frames. And they just walk around cussing loud at each other as if it's normal. And u can't go to HR , because HR is out there acting unprofessional as well because they out here in the warehouse flirting with some of the leads.. so there is no one you can go confide in to fix the issues. They have families working in here running everything which becomes favoritism, so if you dont follow them they go against you

WOW!! Had a window (installed 10 years ago) lose the seal and got foggy inside. Prime Window was wonderful to deal with to get it replaced at no cost to me! The repair guy, Jesse, is super nice and great to deal with. :) Thank you!

If your builder wants to use Prime Window products fire him/her immediately. My home just turned 3 and already I'm having Window seals go bad and hardware issues. What's worse, if you call Prime Window Systems they refuse to work with home owners for replacement parts. Terrible company and I regret ever using them.
