Negotiated trade in and vehicle I was purchasing. Stayed late to get the deal done on a Sunday. Explained the financial aspect very clearly and answered any questions I had. If I were to say anything bad, would be that my ID was accidentally not returned to me, but it's my fault for being too excited about the new vehicle to even remember my own ID. They offered to mail it to me. I drove back to pick it up.

This wasn’t the first dealership I had checked out but was definitely my last (in a good way). I came from about an hour out of town with my toddler to check what they had. Jim and I had agreed on meeting on my day off and I had not known it happened to be his day off but he still decided to come in and help me out! He was very attentive to what I wanted in a car and seemed like he genuinely cares about what he does. He didn’t pressure me into buying or looking at other cars that were not in my favor which I really appreciate. During the wait to see the finance manager Jim offered to put cartoons on for my son, as a mom I really appreciate the care/thought given to my son. When I voiced to Jim that I wasn’t content with the rate provided, he was able to work something out since that was one of my major concerns. Rick the finance manager was very informative during the process as well. All my questions were answered and he even made sure to go over what was covered under warranty so as to not cause any confusion afterwards. Even after my purchase, Jim checked up on me to see how things were going with my new purchase and if I had any questions to reach out to him. Overall, my experience here was great and I recommend them!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND JEFF AS A SALESPERSON OR THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Bought an obviously used 2015 Dodge Challenger from here recently and on the test drive Jeff felt the need to brag and show off stomping the accelerator to the floor and broke the throttle sensor leaving us stranded in Yakima along the side of the hwy when the car wouldn't pick up over 38mph as we started home. When we called him he acted like he was doing us a favor telling us he'd already left for the day but would turn around and get it towed to a friend's garage. Instead of a tow he showed up with a truck from the lot, jumped out and told us to follow him. He then proceeded to jump in the car and tear out in front of several cars almost getting rear-ended and almost hitting my mom who was walking along the side of the car as he tore off down the hwy leaving us behind. We tried to find him but he was gone. Had to call him and he quickly rattled off directions but not being familiar with Yakima we didn't know where to go. Had to call him again and ask for an address so we could locate where he had taken the car using our GPS. He told the garage to bill the dealership and he tore off again in the truck just leaving us there to wait for the next couple hours. From the conversation at the garage this is nothing new that they fix a lot of problems created by Jeff as he's showing off and trying to show what a car can do... The garage said what they did was a "soft fix" so we could get home and now we have a problem car that we paid a slightly over book price for and can't even drive until we take it to a local garage and we pay to actually fix what the dealership salesman broke. If it was possible I'd have a stop payment put on the check and reissued less the cost of the repairs. According to Jeff and the paperwork the car has been on the lot for a couple months and they hadn't even bothered to clean the interior or address other minor issues i.e. the passenger seat had a greasy dirty residue, the back window louvers had a sticky dirty residue in places, the passenger window won't roll up and the driver door interior lock cannot be unlocked by hand - all minor things that should have already been fixed by the dealership but that could easily be fixed later, but those should have been HUGE red flags that if they can't deal with the little things what else is there...when we got home and really looked at the car we could see there is MORE damage than they disclosed. Guessing that was why Jeff was in such a fat hurry to get the paperwork done and us off the lot.
NOT A TRUST WORTHY DEALERSHIP.
JEFF IS YOUR TYPICAL USED CAR SALESMAN - DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT GETTING THAT CHECK IN HAND AND YOU OUT THE DOOR BEFORE YOU REALIZE YOU'VE BEEN HAD.
We realized it was a used car when we bought it but have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a salesman like we did with Jeff!!! The finance guy we spoke to, think his name was Ricky, was quiet and pleasant to deal with as a person (don't think he could realistically get a word in with Jeff's non-stop chatter) but he/they wouldn't budge on the price. We drove 8 hours to get the car. Glad we brought our own financing so we NEVER have to deal with this place again.
UPDATE:
Reached out to the manager, William, on August 8 and gave him the latest details on repair date and the name of the local Dodge dealership the car is going to. William said he would reach out to the dealership and make arrangements to take care of the repair costs and see if he could get the date moved up from September 24. As of yesterday, August 16, the local dealership has not heard from anyone at Prestige Motors.
We managed to get the appointment date moved up from September 24 to September 3 and tried to reach out to William to let him know but have received no response.
My opinion of Prestige Motors just keeps getting worse and worse!!!

Talked with Jeff on a truck in stock . He was great to deal with and very helpful. We got the deal done and was a great experience. William worked hard to make sure I got the used Tesla Model 3 that I had my eyes on. I was making this purchase remotely from another state, but William was very flexible in making sure I was getting a good deal on the car. He was upfront about the damage to the vehicle. When I went to pick up the car, we discovered that the sunroof had been chipped. The rear window was also cracked moments after I arrived to pick up the car. Prestige Motors covered the full cost of the rear window repair and most of the sunroof repair, even though the sunroof was damaged before it had arrived. They sent me the parts to fix the broken trunk actuator and covered the cost of getting new rear tires to replace the worn ones. William ensured that the price of the vehicle remained low enough for me to qualify for the used EV tax credit, which was applied at the time of sale.
Thought I was screwed for the trip back home because I didn't have access to the Supercharger network yet, but William found the J1772 adapter in their shop and gave it to me before I left!
