Just order stuff online. Gonna be 35% less expensive. And don't have to deal with the customer service or shitty hours..

Huh, two reviews and both terrible. Well, I grew up in Yakima a LOOOONG time ago and based on my experience WAAAAYYY back then I would agree with the 1 star reviews. BUT ... i can't today. I was looking for a bike that my local dealer didn't have. They found me some dealers from their inventory that had them and gave me the names to follow up. I called and emailed around the state looking for one and reached out for pricing and information. Heck confirmation given how inaccurate those inventory counts seem to be. I reached out. I heard back the next day. The ONLY dealer out of 5 that would actually send me a price with a breakdown. I did have one that would "tell" me the price on the phone ... but said that they weren't allowed to send any pricing in writing. The others would give me "ballparks" promising details when i showed up. So these guys not only sent me the numbers, but BEAT the others from Seattle, Spokane and Tri-Cities by $400-600. That's nearly 12% savings on this little bike. Now some of it is likely half to a percent in taxes and some of it lower licensing fees for this area ... but still i was impressed. I drove and bought it. No one star from me. Can't say anything about the repair shop or service, but i was impressed with the directness of their sales approach and the result.

If your in the market for a new Honda then Poulin's should be the first Honda dealership you stop at. I had a great experience buying my first bike from them recently. Craig answered all of the questions I had about what size of bike would be good for me as well as all the other silly things a first time buyer might ask. He treated me like I was a regular customer rather than the guy asking lots of questions. All of the employees had smiles on their faces and the atmosphere was laid back. I wasn't pressured to lean one way or the other when it came to choosing my bike. All in all I would highly recommend Poulin's Inc. to anybody looking for Honda service or sales. They earned my business, so I will be back when my bike needs service or I come up with something else I need.

I've written a review on here before, and I think it was bad.... I can't find it so it must have been real bad! But if so, I want to retract it. Poulin's has always treated me with respect and courtesy, and I've most always have been satisfied with the Service Department there, especially Scotty. I've had two issues with them, but upon reflection, it really wasn't their issues..... one was a battery under warranty on a bike I didn't even buy from them, and the other was a brake caliper bolt that I screwed up as much as they did -- if even they did..... I'm kinda hot-headed, and I b**** before I think. All in all, Poulin's is a good dealership. If I wasn't a retired school counselor and poorer than dirt, I would even buy a new bike from them.... might yet someday..... That African Twin stirs my blood!
