I always enjoy taking my dog Marley to the Pet Pantry to get his toes trimmed They do an excellent job and they are always courteous and friendly.I would recommend it to anyone who needs to get their dogs toes trimmed.They usually give your dog a treat when you they are done.

How this place stays in business is BEYOND me. The customer service is absolute trash! They offer a food ordering service which I need to get the only frozen dog food I feed my French Bulldog. There has been a problem with all of my orders except the first time. They don't call you to inform you when an order placement has been unsuccessful. They don't call you when your order arrives. They can't find your order when you come to pick it up. The employees never apologize just make excuses, they don't offer anything for the massive inconvenience of having to scramble and figure out how to feed my dog when they fail with an order. THEY JUST DON'T CARE! And as someone that views their pet as family, this is unacceptable. The owners should be ashamed they offer such crap service! So grateful to have discovered EARTHWISE!!! Don't recommend this place and will shout it to the 4 winds forever to not do business with Pet Pantry!!! And trust that walking around with a French Bulldog always comes with questions about how I take care of him.

Took our dog here for the first time and they’re AMAZING!Our dogs very nervous around new people and the staff did great with her. The nail trim was quick and the self serve wash station was great.

Best local pet store in Yakima. I take my pup here twice a month for a nail trim. Only $6 for full trim. They have the beat treats in town with friendly service ?

The people were nice but my dog was so scared that all he did was whine and he didn't want them to trim his nails I had to hold his head against my body he wouldn't even take a dog treat from the girl I will not be taking him back the workers did nothing wrong I am not going to put my dog through the stress I am going to take him back to the normal place I wanted to try somewhere else just to have a back groomer just in case the regular one closed for some reason
