Had them repair my front windshield. In less than a month , the trimming around the edge began to flop around loose, in the wind. I stopped by their shop and left a note . No one return my call.

Thus guy had me wait a week and he never showed up he didnt get the window so I had to wait another week.then he said he would have to reorder it because the trailer had issues getting here and told me to wait another week so I did and he still didnt have it .I told him I need the window and he said he would get it and never showed up again . Worst person I've delt with. Waited three weeks for nothing when he could have let me know he couldn't or didn't want to do it.super unprofessional

Bad experience with this business. I called to repair my windshield they fixed it but now my windshield makes a whistling noise every time we drive the damn car. They have came back to “fix it” and I still have the same problem. I’ve tried calling again and they don’t answer my phone calls or they will say that they don’t have any jobs where I’m located at so they can’t fix the problem

Very unprofessional, had an appoiment at 10am was waiting for over half an hour I went to remind him that I was there still and he just looked at me and completely ignored the fact that I was standing there. All while working on another car

Scheduled an appt for him to come out to my house at 5pm today. At 5:15 I called to make sure I had the right day and his phone goes straight to voice, can't leave a message because his mailbox is full. Tried calling back at 5:30 and still no answer. Guess I'll go with someone that wants my money.

THIS IS NOT AN ACCREDITED BUSINESS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and encourage others who left bad reviews to do the same.
I can't believe he is still in business.
I almost left when they weren't there for the appointment my husband scheduled. I had to call them. The owner Pablo Lopez had some kid doing most of the work. Pablo said the seals get sunbaked sometimes. He didn't say he was going to destroy my car in the process . At that point he should have said I can't handle the job and I would have went elsewhere. It only took a half an hour and the man was pleasant enough but I didn't really pay attention to the job they were doing. I was on my phone waiting for it to get done.
I just trusted he knew what he was doing. I paid cash he didn't offer a receipt I had to ask for one. Thank God. Before I left he said let it sit for 24 hours no washing the car or the windows. So I parked it and went in the house and didn't look at it again until the next day when I went out to take the tape off the windshield.
Upset You bet.
My husband called him and he started making excuses. My husband who is not well from fighting cancer, said I need an appointment to bring it down and talk to you about it. Pablo Lopez the owner of the business made the appointment for 4:15 and NO SHOWED AGAIN. My husband called him and he was down in Granger completely blowing my husband off.
We then told him to let us know by 5 pm Monday what he planned on doing. HE TOLD US TO TAKE HIM TO COURT END OF SUBJECT.
Didn't want to discuss it and didn't care.

He changed the glass on my truck and left it in the wrong place. He came a few days later to repair it but it didn't look good, it rained and water got in. I called him again and he told me he would come. It's been 2 weeks and he hasn't reported!

My husband spoke with Pablo Lopez the owner and he has no intention of doing anything about the damage he did to our vehicle. . My husband is fighting cancer and he ruined our cars windshield seal!! He said the plastic was a bit sunbaked but he didn't say he had to ruin the car to replace it? I would have went anywhere else. Pablo Lopez ZERO INTEGRITY.

They are nice, great quality work, very fast and the cheapest place. I called everyone and my cousin told me about this and she was right! They did a great job and I will let everyone know that!

Seemed to be nice people.Had to schedule 2 follow up appointments because the new windshield he installed leaked at the top, so he used hardening rubber to try and seal where he thought the leak was. Didn't work, even after the 2nd appointment. Broken pieces of plastic to get to windshield. Pay the extra 50 and go to Safelite.

The other 1 star reviews along with mine are all true. I repeat DO NOT let this guy do your windshield. Unless you want a leaky windshield and no way to contact them because he blocks your number as soon as he’s done so you can’t call back. STRAIGHT THIEF DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BURGLARS!!

They came to my work to replace my buddies window. Next day it was leaking at the base so he called them to have them come out, guy said he would. Never showed up. Went to call him today and he had blocked his number. Let him use my phone to call him and he answered all happy. As soon as he heard what the call was about he hung up and blocked my number. Use someone who's actually established. This guy is a straight up thief.

After I spent 40 minutes making phone calls around town... A friend mentioned this place...and they are by far the cheapest place in town... For only $155.00 plus I tipped both employees... They had my chevy truck window replaced and looking beautiful in under 15 minutes... These guys... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ....
