“My breaks stopped working while I was driving. Took it to Les Schwab and they said I needed a new master cylinder, and that I needed to take it to someone who really knows how to work on cars. So I texted Alpha Import Auto Works. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day; even though, Alpha Import Auto works was closed. By Monday, my car was fixed with 4 breaks replaced. Thankfully I did not need a new master cylinder, or whatever the very expensive thing is called that they told me I needed to replace. My car was ready for pick up the next morning with brand new breaks. This is the best mechanic in existence. Being without a car is a huge inconvenience, getting it fixed so quickly and painlessly was a game changer. I feel so happy to have found a great place to help me with all of my car problems. I will never go anywhere else. I hardly take the time to write reviews, but Alpha Import Auto Works really stands out.Service: Brakes”

As for my oil it was real bad and the gentleman who helped me gave me pointers and knowledge on the rest of my vehicle maintenance. He added rear differential oil change at a discount. I was struggling to find a time to take my car in to get my tires installed with how busy I was with work...Robert and Lucas didn't let that get in the way! They went the extra mile--> picked up my car, took it into their shop to install my new tires, and dropped it off, all within an hour!My tires had to be special ordered and weren't going to be cheap (no matter where I got them) but commercial tire found me the cheapest price for the best affordable quality. Lucas even called almost every tire shop in union gap to see if any other shops had them in stock!
