They are my service but even if I wouldn't have been their customer they let me charge my phone when I was in a bad spot with no car and for that I'm eternally grateful now that being said I was a customer of theirs from another city they still went out of their way to make sure I was okay and that is why I will continue to be a customer

I thought I would get better service by switching from Metro PCS to Verizon. I WAS SO WRONG!! Verizon is a nightmare!! Chaz spent two hours helping me untangle the mess that Verizon caused. About an hour of that time was spent on hold for V customer service. Chaz was patient, professional and very kind. The activation charge, phone cover and monthly fee is also cheaper than the "nightmare provider". I highly recommend this store and Chaz!!
