I took my dog in for a bath at the scheduled time. After three hours with no call to pick up I went back to pick up. No one was there but the door was unlocked. I found my baby in the same kennel she was placed in upon arrival, unbaithed, obviously stressed. WTH? Anyone could have gone in and stolen her! I was worried and tried to phone over and over but no answer. I see similar reviews here. This was practically criminal.

We had an appointment for our dog to be groomed at 11am. We arrived and went to the grooming area. There was no one there. But at least 2 dogs that we saw in kennels, unattended. We waited for a while and no one showed up. We called and no one answered the phone. It also was filthy and smelled. What a disappointment, I would recommend going elsewhere. Edit - she called about an hour and a half later to stay she has a family emergency and that the dogs in the kennels were hers.

Groomer was in the back of a lady's house, didn't look very clean or smell it. Noticed Suave brand shampoo by the bath area which is not made for dogs. She missed a few areas that I noticed later and cut my dogs whiskers which I never noticed any other groomer doing before. My dogs nails were still really sharp after she trimmed them and my dog smelled like cheap perfume so had to give her a bath at home. Also didn't accomplish the look I was going for she cut it much shorter and not even. I adjusted my stars because I found FLEAS on my dog and she was treated before going and did not have them before we went to the groomers. Wouldn't recommend.

Luv a Lots Dog Grooming is the best!!! We took our two feisty Pomeranians in for summer haircuts. They are beautiful with even cuts on both. Amazing since our six month old puppy forgot he had legs and lay on his belly!!! We will definitely be back with our boys for their grooming services.

She did a good job cutting my morkie's hair short. But I didn't ask her to leave his eyebrow hair. Now he looks like an Ewok. Lol! Oh well, my bad and it'll grow back soon. I will be taking him back there though. She's a very nice lady.
