Bought a washer and dryer with an expected delivery date of just over a week from purchase date. The first delivery date I made sure I was off work for the scheduled delivery, the night before the delivery an email was sent notifying they would not be delivering and it was reschedule for another week later. That next appointment I took the day off from work to be home for the delivery, again it was delayed again the day before the scheduled delivery and was moved another half a week to today. The tracking system showed it was out for delivery and would be delivered between 2-6pm. At 8pm a phone call was finally made to us asking if we were home, we said yes we have been all day, they said they were on their way. At 930pm we called the number that had called us to ask them where they were and as expected no answer and to voicemail. Have been very disappointed in the whole process after spending $3k for an "in stock" washer and dryer.

I tried without success to submit a review online after my visit to Loew's Yakima store on May 21, 2022. Definitely operator error I think, but I am using this site because I feel strongly about my experience. I was looking for a bathroom cleaning product I found online. I looked through all the Zep products they had without finding the one I wanted. I need to say here that I have difficulty walking and standing for long periods. I looked for staff help and found Jon. He came with me to where the Zep products were and went through everything, not finding what I needed. He offered to go to the back somewhere to search. I few minutes later he came back with a box of exactly what I needed! I really appreciated his help! I also was helped by Bridgett at the check out counter. She chatted with me while she rang up each of the other items I chose in addition to the cleaner. We talked about our Memorial weekend plans which included both of us hosting family from out of town. She did all of this while quickly moving me through the check out area. I hope each of these two people get recognized for their excellent work. Donna Lund Great-five stars

Went to the store and bought a microwave that never did work, I returned it and had to order another another......still waiting on that. While I was there I wanted to buy a bath tub, I went as soon as they opened so they wouldn't be busy because I've had issues in the past where you can't get anyone to help you. Apparently not being able to get any help from an employee is not because they are busy. There were very few people in the store and I still could not get anybody to help me in spite of my asking several times, each time being told "I'll have someone come right over to help you". I saw a lot of employees standing around and yet I stood in that isle for an hour. Finally an older woman came to the same isle with an employee, I was like hey how did you do that? I finally got the bath tub but geez it was so frustrating and not my first experience with not being able to get any help there. I'm done, never again.

I recently purchased a shower glass door and had some issues during installation. Ken in plumbing went out of his way to help us out and got what we needed to get the door installed! Thank You Ken you made my day!!!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would my husband and his dad went to the store to get a washer and dryer and they didn't have it in stock because of covid which is fine totally understand so we had to order it it took about 3 weeks which is totally understandable we were suppose to have it delivered and installed is what the guy told us well the date came to have it delivered and the day before we had to go to Montana for a family emergency so we called and switched the deliver date to a later date the day came it was suppose to be delivered and no one showed up so I waited a few days and called and the guy said he wasn't sure where it was and he had to print out our information and have a manager look into it and he would call us back that day we never got a call back a few days went by and I called again after calling several times we finally got ahold of someone and he said that he wasn't sure exactly what happened but we can schedule a day for it to be delivered so we did and they kept saying we only ordered a dryer which we didn't we paid for a washer and dryer so he looked again and he saw that it has both on there so we scheduled a day for it to be delivered the day came and the deliver guys asked if it was a set and I said yes and they said they only have the washer so we ended up getting only the washer and the parts to hook up the washer with but 30 min before they delivered it they called my husband and told him they can only put it on the porch they can't instal it for us even though the only reason we had it delivered was so they could install it for us the guy at the store said they would! I was extremely upset! They only bring the washer and then they can't install it! I had to call several several times to get ahold of anyone about the dryer that never came!! After being transferred and no one answering the phones I finally got a hold of a manager and he said that he wasn't sure what exactly happened but got us a day for it to be delivered well it never came on that day!! So having to call again and again I finally got ahold of the same guy and he scheduled another day for it to be delivered it finally came but guess what they didn't being the PLUG to plug in the dryer with so instead of calling or driving to Yakima to pick it up I just went to another store to get a plug it's ridiculous they are so unorganized and no one knows what's going on no one answers the phones and when they do they transfer you and then no one answers still I had to call over and over and over just for someone to pick up! We will NEVER order from Lowe's again! Save your time and go somewhere else it's definitely not worth the stuff we had to go through just to get a washer and dryer!

My lawnmower died a smokey, oily death, so I went to Lowe's. The Lowe's employee I tried to talk to had on an extremely loose mask fastened well beneath his nose. A prominently unmasked woman walked past several Lowe's workers, and nobody said anything. I left. I guess I'm going to have a grassy meadow instead of a lawn this summer.

Terrible customer service and floor managers or supervisors! Mostly on phone and chatting with each other then when asked questions, it’s all attitude! I’ll pay more somewhere else then to have to deal with young adult attitudes

I am a wheelchair used and drive a conversion van, I ordered curbside pickup and was told that they would go ahead and load my small order in the very back, just this once because as per CDC guidelines they can only load into a truck. Today I went into the garden center and bought a large bag of putting soil and had them carry It out for me, again I was told as per CDC guidelines they can only load into a trunk or back of a truck. .are you seriously telling me a disabled person that won't help.me with the bigger heavier items because I don't drive a car or truck? Although the associate today said they can load into an SUV but apparently a conversion van is off limits? I do have another order I should pic up this week but am I going to have the same problems? Someone in management needs to contact me at 425-239-3999.

To Lowe’s management. I’m alone time customer one of your longest I’ve watched a lot of you managers come and go. But at this moment somebody’s not managing the stores . I don’t know what corporate has to say about this but. I drove by today and you were so packed all the way to the road. And not one person I seen walking in was wearing a mask. You filled the store up. With people. I cannot go into your store until you stop that and do something. People are spitting and cough

I ordered online from Lowe's to get free shipping (if I got to high enough they would ship free) because of the coronavirus. My son has Type 1 diabetes and I don't want him to get exposed. After checking out online, I received notification I still had to go to the store to pick up part of the order. The order I picked up was wrong: they charged me for a completely different product than what I had ordered. Delivery of the other items were delayed, and upon delivery I only received one item. Where is everything else? What a way to cheat customers. Never go here. I have never had any issues like this at Home Depot. Go to Home Depot instead. That's where I had to go to get the items Lowe's cheated me out of.

Trying to order a shed to be built at my home was the worst sales experience of my life! I placed my order, payed full upfront and was told a company called Heartland would be fulfilling my order. Not once was I called from Heartland during my whole ordeal. After several visits and complaints at Lowe's they were finnaly able to get someone on their phone for me to talk to and finally set a date for my install a month after i had purchased it and a week longer then the latest date of install shown on my contract. Then on the date they set the install they never arrive and I am not contacted even tho I took the day off work for it. After finding their direct number finaly and calling I was given no reason why no one showed or contacted me to say my install was cancelled and I was not given a new date for my install and of course I was told I would be called back which never happened. It was hard to give up after investing so much time (3 months) but I already lost several thousand dollars paying for rent and storage waiting that i finaly canceled my order and bought a prebuilt shed from another company which also cost me an extra 1000 but was quality built. It's hard to believe a company can run like this, and from what I have heard this is common. The people at Lowe's tried to help when I imposed it on them tho they never did much more then make a phone call and pass on the lies, but since they are the ones that took my money they really should have been able to do something. Like I said, worst sales experience of my life. So stressful!

I made a deal to purchase a new refrigerator on sale last week. I was told to return Saturday to finalize the measurements and payment and delivery details. I ordered it last a Thursday for the sale price of $799 and was told that was good for any color and size in that model. I went in this Saturday morning and was refused the deal I ordered and that the sale was off. I was offered a bait and switch deal on the same model for $1069. The lack of integrity of a major retailer such as Lowe's. Needless to say I have purchased much over the past years but never again will buy another item and will be sure to spread the appropriate negative advertising every chance I get.

They are just a bad giant corporate conglomerate business that does not even care about the individual. I went there with cash to buy a carpet. They said someone will call for an appointment which took several days then they needed to schedule an installer to come look even though it was just bare wood and i had the dimensions. Then after all that they take another couple weeks to call back which they just left a message. I call the store 4 different times over a 5 day period and finally have to ask for management because they can't seem to get me the totals.then the manager said a bunch a bs and passes me back to the original idiot. The idiot then tell me the price and they I need to come back to the store to pay then they will have someone call in a few days to schedule. STAY AWAY THEY ARE JUST BAD or D*** both are equally awful to deal with.

Tried to order a stove and dishwasher online. BIG MISTAKE!!! Seemed to work at first, as our invoice and email receipts showed they both were ordered, and a delivery date with installation & hauling of old appliances was all set. Day of delivery arrived, with a promised time of somewhere between 8am & 8pm. Sat around at home all day - nothing. Hubby called 6-8 times throughout the day with promises every time that the online ordering rep would call him back. No calls, only promises from other customer service reps that it was still on its way. Nothing. Last call of the day they promised delivery would happen the next day. The next day a dishwasher was delivered and plopped in our kitchen. No stove was on the order and no installation of the dishwasher. Hubby called to find out why there was no stove. Something or someone messed up our order. They couldn't even find that we had ordered a stove. Needless to say we had them come back & pick up the dishwasher and we canceled the entire order & went with Costco appliances instead. To make it even more unprofessional, the day after they came back and picked up the dishwasher, another truck came by to pick up the already-picked-up dishwasher. It had shown up in their computer as a pickup instead of something that was already picked up. Red flags everywhere. Such unprofessional service.
