We ordered from the Lowe’s in Yakima WA. Store #3240 I believe. The young men who delivered our stove were Jorge and Carlos, and they were wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly. They set it all up quickly, they took the time to level the feet perfectly, and made sure we knew the instruction materials and how to reach someone if we had questions. They’d been making deliveries all over for almost 10 hours on one of the hottest days we’ve had, don’t know how they managed. (I saw this from the tracking link). But they were cheerful and kind. Great guys

I've never been treated so poorly...
The plywood piece I was looking at was a single piece on a clearance rack that was marked $27.97. As soon as the employee came over he said Oh it's $33+ not clearance. There was multiple other clearance racks there too. I told him that's odd but ok I'll pay full price. The employee seemed triggered over a shirt & avoided answering any questions I had.
Then when I asked the cashier how to take my plywood back to get it cut somehow she didn't understand what I was talking about & was almost in a daze. I've worked customer service my entire life & found this extremely unacceptable & have never run into such sad treatment. I won't be returning to Lowes. I wouldn't had even completed this purchase but my husband is very sick at home and couldn't make it in himself.

You need to know the store layout for yourself. People there only show up for a paycheck. Getting help is like pulling teeth.

Picked up a trailer we bought a couple of days ago. Already had title work and license completed. Seemed to make some of those helping us a little distraught. Outside, put the trailer on the ball of my hitch, had to ask to have them cut the zip ties so I could connect the lights and they walked away. No customer service to see if the lights work or the wiring even reached the truck. The one guy looked like he was mad he had to come out. Thought it must be some union thing or something. Like don't have to help anyone outside.

Easier than Home Depot. Don't like the self checkout only

When you're a contractor and you need help checking out. Lowe's is not the place to go. The store I went to has zero checkers. You have to self checkout. I don't have time for that. I suggest that you go to Home Depot and use their contractor checkout lane so you can get back to work quickly.

The customer service could be better. I guess it really depends on which person is working in that part of the store.
